well i think the current kenpachi can defeat byakuya now. Because kenpachi defeat 5th espada and byakuya only defeat 7th espada. Nnoitra can defeat 7th espada no sweat since bankai byakuya can beat him. If kenpachi is able to beat that even greater power, then byakuya won’t stand a chance. kenpachi’s kendo maybe as powerful as 1st espada’s strike since it took down 5th espada’s released state in just one move.

nope nope, depending which oppenents they are facing, If mr. Kenpachi was facing espada 7th, then he will have hard time because of his abilities, while byakuya demon arts will restain number 5 espada easily
