As for Kenshiro’s ranking, I’d say he stops either Freiza or Cell. In an out of character match with Freiza, Freiza would obviously win, seeing how he can blow planets and survive in space. In character, I’d say Kenshiro would probably end the fight before it can reach that point.
I can’t picture Kenshiro surviving against Cell or Buu.

Absolutely asinine. All a pressure point is, is a punch aimed at a specific part of the body, much like a punch.
Pressure point attacks are mainly POKES, remember? Kenshiro is just strong enough to hit pressure points with his fist. Still that doesn’t mean you can just block it like a regular punch, because it’s NOT a regular punch.

You can try to block it but you’ll risk getting ANOTHER pressure point stuck. For example, if a pressure point strike was coming to your face and you put your arm up to block it, you’ll get your pressure point struck on your arm instead.

slow in comparison to DBZ speed though. Remember the Master Roshi scene where they played Rock paper scissors with it just looking like they jumped past each other? That was only Krillin as a kid. Then there is the fact Kami flicked Goku, a guy who is quite strong at this time, easily. Krillin Surpasses Kami by a LONG shot. So really, I havn’t seen anything that puts Kenshiro at the DBZ level of power for Krillin. I could see him being a threat to pre 23rd budokai DB characters, but none further.

It was meant to be a little bit of comedy with how they described it sure. But it’s nothing like the scenes where ChiChi chases him with a giant needle.

Well if you do wanna use that feat, Ken’s got similar ones, like during his training with Jagi, where he punched 17 times in less than a second. Note that was before he became the successer.

Sounds like what Kid Goku did in the preliminary rounds. Regardless, Krillin was just a kid then. By the time Saiyan saga rolls around, he would be even faster. Kenshiro has skill, and really nice abilities, I will give him that, but we have martial arts masters like Master Roshi who I’m sure taught Krillin how to guard against attacks to the pressure points. If he didn’t, I’m sure Kami did. Anyways, if you want me to find the scan of Kami casually flicking an angry Kid Goku I can.
We also have Goku, not meaning to, holding back even, knock ChiChi away with just the AIR from his punches. ChiChi is no pushover(In comparison to normal people of course)
Also, IIRC, Ken is at the disadvantage of not being able to fly. I’m sure people like Raditz, who is a mountain buster at the very least(We see Piccolo, the same night afterwards, blow up a moon casually with no charge time) would beat Kenshiro.
