if you go by hyperbole it could go either way... if you go by the games then definitely broly by number of feats...buu.
but really it could go either way (bites nails in nervous anticipation)

When i first think of Kid Buu vs broly..
i think(broly tries to smash peope up and would mess with kid buu)//
then i realize Kid Buu’s regen(which isnt perfect guys)..
And THEN i think about broly’s level..
I put him on Super Trunk’s FINAL, not the middle, the FINAL USSJ level(theres a level inbetween where he keeps his speed, after ASSJ, i JUST watched it)..
But..Sure, i could see broly taking on a SS2, but i don’t see him ....overpowering him...the rising ki thing, i try to ignore, because it doesnt flow well...i think he has a limit where it slows
Anyway...Kid BUU, guys, can put out a lot of power by himself, thats what does this. Broly might get lucky and manage to knock him around, yet he’ll find out that Kid Buu CAN put horsepower into his attacks.
Add in Kid Buu’s other moves, and ...as long as Kid Buu pays attention and doesn’t get so careless that he’s vunerable to any finishing energy attack....im leaning with Kid Buu .
Broly seems to barely have more brains, but....kid buu isn’t stupid.
Kid Buu turns him in to a cookie and has some Legendary Chocolate treats, also it is never implied he got the ability from the kais. He even dodged it, implying he knew what it was.
The ONLY thing that might put kid buu as the winner of this fight is his regen. PLus noone knows how powerful Brolly really is you do get to see how strong kid buu is.. You can make the arguement broly never truely put any effort into his fights. Broly power is said to be limitless. Plus in words of someone else “he blocked an enraged SSJ2 gohans punch with his FACE” lol. I think Broly is more powerful than Kid Buu but kid buu can regen if he has even an attom left of himself. If Broly really puts 100% into fighting Buu he would win. If he plays around and fights like.. well.. broly.. he would lose.

No we don’t see Buu at full power, he is holding back because he toys around too. Plus Broly does not have limitless power, if he did he’d explode. He never fought SSJ2 Gohan, only FSSJ Gohan. That is not SSJ2. That is WEAKER THAN SSJ2. Plus he was much weaker and he still hurt Broly. Then Bio-Broly lost to a bunch of kids! Considering he had 3/4 of his LSSJ power he should have won correct? Buu is stronger than SSJ3 because he holds back his true power.
Even SSJ2 Gohan is out of Broly’s league. Oh and Planet Burst/Vanishing Ball is MUCH stronger than his Omega Cannon.
Its was said that his power keeps rising and it has no limits. And on the description of the “second coming” movie it states gohan does go SSj2. As Akira Toriyama said when asked about the Vegeta SSJ2 vs Kid Buu Controversy. Just Because there is no electric Aura doesnt mean he isnt a SSj2

On what description? Plus you said Kid Buu can only win because of regen. Kid Buu has stronger attacks, he’s crazier, his power level is twice as much AT LEAST, and he is stronger than SSJ3.
Google Broly the second coming and look up any description they all say Gohan is SSj2. I looked at 4 so i assume they all say the same thing. And Kid buu is stronger than a SSj3 ill agree but who is to say Broly isnt as well? wheres proof he isnt?

It even shows FPSSJ Gohan on the COVER of Second Coming, I also have the DVD, nothing about SSJ2.
He isn’t as strong as an ssj3 because he was beat by people who Dabura could decimate since Gohan wasn’t as strong as before that is.
I got the VHS and your right it doesnt specify. But who’s to say it isnt ssj2? All the OFFICAL descriptions say its SSJ2. Plus Bio Broly was shit lol. He was NOWHERE near as strong as he was in the first broly movie. It was an imperfect clone of broly. Not broly himself
