You see them in action when Kratos kills Ares, defeats Zeus, crawls back from Hell twice, defeats the sisters of fate, OVER POWERS FUCKING ATLUS and stops himself from being crushed by the titan, who is holding up the earth. Well 1st its kinda cheating.. because the gods Give him the powers to fight If he found them its prolly a differnt story..

Uber God powers do not make someone Incredibly powerfull.

Samus Finds them for a quest... The chozo gave her the suit yes , but she found everything els her self..

Im pretty sure this thread was made for skill and fire power , and to make a loop hold with kratos a god is not cool.. Because Obviously He wins this with them...

Its not my falt its Kratos Vs Samus , if Kratos showed more skill in speed like faster then samus , then yeah Kratos wins Maybe.

Correction, he’s a Demigod. He is not immortal as NORMAL weapons can harm him. Doesn’t matter if he has the “skillz” to keep from being hit, he is still, in the end, mortal, just like Samus. I could even say that Samus only gets hit if you suck, and that the REAL Samus would never get hit because she’s so awesome.

And if the Golden Fleece can absorb and deflect anything... then why did Zues' lightning bolts fry his ass at the end of God of War 2?! It was even in cinema (therefore cannon story) that Kratos gets fried and doesn’t seem able to deflect it.
Kratos is Immortal, seeing how he crawled his way back from hell TWO TIMES, so he could continue his conquest against the gods. Again, this is a mismatch. Lock this thread.


That doesn’t make him immortal, he was granted 2nd chances. And this battle is to the death, which I’d assume means first death. What you just said means absolutely nothing.
Well in this fight Kratos has his powers as a god. And since he is a god he is immortal. The only thing that can kill him is a fellow god. This is why the thread should just be locked, it’s no contest. Kratos wins this one. If you want to take away his rightful powers of a god then you need to take away EVERY SINGLE POWER UP AND ABILITY that Samus was not born with. So that means no suit, no enhanced genes, no nothing.

Oke, lets compair.

Short range:

Basic:
Samus (no suit): Base strength, agility, speed are a good deal above average the average human. Chozo blood and metroid DNA make her more powerful than any ordinairy human can achieve.

Kratos: Base strength is way way above human. Trowing around with tons of weight like its nothing. Brutally maiming dinosaur sized creatures on daily/minute basis.

Although Samus in base mode is faster and more agile she would lose to Kratos insane strength.

Shortrange fights with weapons/armor:

Samus: The powersuit increases her strength, makes is possible to air jump. Speed boost. Screw attack.
And loads and loads of shielding.

The increased strength would still not be enough to deal with kratos insane gaint busting power.

The screw attack might do some damage if it hits. But hitting Kratos in short range would not be that effective since he has the edge in short range weapons.

Speed boost might prove vital. If it can keep her away from Kratos to a save range this can help samus a lot.

Shields/energy tanks. With full energy tanks Samus can probably tank a lot of what Kratos can trow at her. In the games the tanks multiple massive lazorbeams like its nothing. This way she can atleast affort a screw up.

extra ability: Morphball.
The morphball can deal some serious damage with bombs, big bombs and may be a fook to hit.

But the main question is, can she get away and keep her distance.

Kratos: With all his weapons and fighting style short range fights won’t be a problem. Even if Samus is wearing her suit he will still be able to mangle her with all his weapons, brute strenght and combo’s.

The only real melee attack samus can offer is the screw-attack. But she will be the one who will get screwed for picking a close-quarter fight.

The morphball bombs might do some serious damage. But even in morphball mode Kratos will probably come up with some horrible things and horribly rape the thing.

(the graple hook might be used in combat, but against Kratos i think she will be like a bunny tied to a tiger with a leash)

Long range:

Samus: This time Samus has the edge. When there is sufficient range kratos will need to resort to his blocking/repelling abilities. But samus is like a one-woman army. Shit loads of small lazors, missiles, icebeams, huge place beams, dark and light beams, ect. If Kratos can’t get close he might be screwed.
Dark beams creates small black holls and that would be quite deadly me thinks.

If samus is on a safe distance she can also resort to scanning Kratos. It will probably result in a 'very fucking pissed person' info screen and some data. Maybe even giving weaknesses.

Kratos: He is not much of a long range fighter. So can he life trough shit loads of lazors before reaching samus. And can he reach samus before samus sprints away?
I don’t think the bow and arrow will be that effective on samus.

Extra’s:
They both have a hypermode. Samus being invinsible. Can’t remember what Kratos does when he goes 'THIS IS SPARTA!' :O

Samus has shitloads of suits. Phazonsuit reduces damage by 75% for example. also she can withstand more amounts of cold/heat/radation than any normal being for example.

Logics like, 'Kratos is god there for he can’t die' i won’t take into acount. I played the game. I played it on hard. And there are a few word i remember quite well 'YOU ARE DEAD'

So if i can make a gues, i would say.

Battleground: huge plain.

7/10 Samus

Samus can kite, run, shoot, scan, run, kite, shoot. ect.

Battleground: small room.

10/10 kratos

Obvious. Unless Samus can open the door. But she seems to have trouble with those kind of things. (atleast in the games :P)

Roman Arena, colloseum sized

7/10 kratos

Its big enough to kite, but if she makes a mistake Kratos can get close. And the result would be ugly. She can afford to make screw ups because her lifepool is just huge.
But i can see Kratos ripping trough a couple of energy tanks everytime he gets a good rape combo on her face.

I didn’t really study the fight, but this is what i would expect without reading up to much about the characters.
