Laharl vs Sora

Why doesn’t anyone post a reason for Sora to win? I played Kingdom Hearts 2 and nothing Sora does comes close to what Laharl can do. Has Sora taken a planet destroying attack before or better yet can Sora destroy the earth in one attack?

dude ive shown reasons why sora would win. but like i said b4. depending on the battle style being used sora wuld win. also cus sora is so unbeleivably fast it makes the game a pinch to finish and hes mighty powerful. i can almost defeat the final boss with ease. and even deflect several hundred thousand bullets withen a few second. also im only half way through the max level. im at level 50 and not even close to 100. also the extra moves u pic up can really do some major damage or cool stuff

Disgaea has its own anime so that doesn’t change anything.

Laharl is also very fast and extremely powerful.

i can almost defeat the final boss with ease.
In Disgaea you can get so strong you can do a billion points of damage. Basicly I can defeat
the final boss and secret bosses easily.

Laharl armed with only a sword defeated an entire fleet of battleships.

Laharl can destroy the earth with one attack.

I don’t see how you think Sora loses to Laharl when you think Laharl ties with Link.

The only reason is because Link has Naryu’s love which makes him invincible and The Magic Cape that makes him invisble and intagible. Without them I know Link would lose.

Yep, they’re the reasons Link tied with Cloud (whom we both know can kick Sora’s ass), Link is awesome but without his magical items he isn’t as worthy of an opponent.

You know, I can’t help but laugh every time I read one of your posts about someone who you apparently don’t know jack shit about. Cloud would get owned by Sora. Reason? You claim he was weakened in Kingdom Hearts. Alright, Sora spanked him in his Base Form. Base Form > Valor Form > Master Form > Final Form. Not to mention Sora’s weapons hold phenomenal power, as stated in one of the Ansem Reports. Oh, did I mention Sora took on 4 Final Fantasy characters at the same time? FF characters did not have access to materia; Sora didn’t use any Magic techniques, Limits, or Summons. FF characters deal more damage in their original games than in Kingdom Hearts. I’m going to say that a hit from the Buster Sword or the Lionhart is next to nothing compared to an attack from the Keyblade. You think Cloud can take the Greek Titans? Hercules? How about Hades? Hell, Cloud would get his ass whooped by Xemnas. Yes, he would lose horribly to Xemnas. Also, don’t think of using damage points in your argument. How much points of damage FF characters deal aren’t quite relevant, since Wakka can deal over 99,000 points of damage with a blitzball, that I know is no harder than a soccer ball. As for Link, I don’t see beating him as a problem, if you think Link can beat Sora.

How about actually reading the post you moron. Nowhere in their does it say Final Fantasy characters weren’t weaker in Kingdom Hearts. Also you act like Sora was even at 1/4 his true potential.

You know, I really don’t care since I know Cloud, Leon, Tifa, and Yuffie have no chance against opponents like Xemnas, Hades, Hercules, and even Jafar for that matter.

In KH2 you as Sora fight against Sephiroth, in the fight you kick his ass, yes. However in the after fight cut scene it reveals that you didn’t do jack shit to him, he isn’t injured, and he isn’t hurt. In fact he tells you to go find Cloud for him. After you find Cloud he goes back to fight Sephiroth, during the fight Cloud not only holds his own against Sephiroth, (something that Sora couldn’t do apparently) but he ends up flying away and chances are defeating him as we’ll probably learn in KH3.

There, undeniable proof that Cloud is indeed stronger than Sora is in KH2. However you will still come back and say I’m wrong without giving any proof. Well, guess what? Anybody who reads this thread is going to know I’m right and in the end that’s all that matters.

Cid...this is by far the most retarded and ignorant argument I have heard from you yet. You are quite the ignorant fool, no offense. NO ONE, can eliminate Sephiroth in KH2, you ass. He is the darkness within Cloud’s heart. Sephiroth says these exact words, “I admit, you are very skilled, but apparently Cloud is the only one who can eliminate me.“ Also, while fighting Cloud he says, “Absurd. Defeating me is meaningless. You know that more than anyone, Cloud. No matter how many times I fall, your darkness keeps calling me back”.

Again, he is the Darkness within Cloud’s heart. Sephiroth isn’t eliminated as long as Cloud is a friend of the Darkness. Also, I don’t see where Cloud damaged Sephiroth.
