Both characters are big,jacked and get stronger as the fight goes on. However, considering the Hulk is so awesome and is apparently uber powerful when he’s World War Hulk, i’d give the battle to him.

Broly can return stronger than ever AND he’s gonna be almost unstoppable in this form!
well hulk is stronger physically but brolly would be waaay faster and his ki attacks are incredibly powerful. Hulk can regenerate and his stamina is almost limitless. Brolly can win if he goes all out from the get go , but again like most hulk vs threads his chances of winning decrease the longer the fight drags out.

Broly might have his hands full then, but I still think his speed and skill would outmatch the brute strength of any version of Hulk.
WWH is a planet buster , he has enough physical strength to make the planet shake apart through repeated impacts , or he could simply go to the core and push / rip the tectonic plates apart.Dunno if he can take a planet buster , but he’l tank anything below that even if only just. Hes survived the blast on his world that killed his entire kingdom. Hes casually shrugged off human torches nova blast which reaches temperatures of over 1 million degrees. Weaker versions of hulk have fought gladiator who is a marvel copy of superman , and tanked gladiators heat vision at point blank range and continued moving towards him while it was tearing a hole in him , in order to beat gladiator he closed the distance and wrapped his hand around his head effectively forcing his heat vision back into his own head as he was still firing as hulk grabbed him . Dont forget hulk regenerates at a massive rate. Hulks speed increases along with his strength , hes been shown to match thor in speed before , but your right he may be too slow for brolly , but hulk can attack at range anyway , plus their are versions of hulk that can destroy galaxies too , or was it a pocket universe? i forget but either way he clapped it out of existence .
Dont think theres a pre-crisis hulk , when did marvel universe have a universal crisis?
