Broly wins this pretty much. So Hulk can rip a planet apart, big deal, Broly one shots planets with a casual ki blast. I’m sure something like what he used in Movie 10 was used on Hulk, Hulk would be trashed.
i say broly since he detroys galaxies in is restricted supersaiyan form....really went the battle stars off broly is way more powerful than hulk but both get stronger the longer the fight but idk hulk can tank a galaxy buster
hulk could loose , as long as brolly avoids fighting hulk toe to toe and just fires ki blasts at him untill his regeneration cant keep up.But like i said before if brolly takes hulk too lightly hulk will eventually overpower him. He cant beat hulk fist to fist , that wont take hulk down all it’l do is make him stronger.The Hulk is resistant to most forms of injury or damage. And if it went long enough it wouldnt even matter anymore if brolly fought at range , when hulk lost control of his power at one point, he nearly destroyed the entire planet through the sheer output of force from his body. During that time his merest foot step threatened to sink the entire Eastern Coast of the United States. Brolly cannot match hulk in physical strength.

Other examples include withstanding energy blasts from the Silver Surfer,Thor,a vastly powered-up gigantic Thanos clone, the High Evolutionary,the Sentry, and Galactus (when not fully nourished). A blast from Exodus was incapable of causing him any discomfort.

Im backing hulk overall , brolly could win but hulk seems to be able to increase in power so dramatically and so quickly that even when he starts a fight as the underdog in power he quickly bridges the gap.
The strongest version would beat Broly into the ground with ease.

plus he is just plain faster and stronger to a giant degree.

WTF Broly stomps the mess out of hulk. well i guess 'stomp the mess out of' is a little to harsh. he would stand a bit of a chance but in the end broly has this.

broly could dodge most of hulk’s attacks even in his most powerful form he is a ground base character fighting a character that can literally IT the distance between planets. the only dragon ball character that can survive prolonged amounts of time in bare space. and casually throws planet busting attacks like everbody else throws ki blasts. I mean this isn’t regular broly it is ssj3. Only problem would be Broly can’t hurt the Hulk that much...

Come on!!! Even characters with power levels over 100 (Roshi,Piccolo) could destroy the moon
Frieza in his first form was laughing maniacally while blowing up Planet Vegeta and killing millions effortlessley with one hand
King Vegeta and Saiyan Saga Vegeta also blew up planets
Raditz effortlessley picks up trucks with one arm and a young Goku swims around catching carnivorous fish 2x his size
Characters over 1000 go near/over lightspeed e.g. when Raditz dodged Piccolo’s special beam cannon or when the Saibamen fought the Z fighters and nobody could see them without resorting to ki
Oh yeah-little Goku only got hurt by bullets, Raditz can catch bullets and Nappa took down an entire navy

Broly’s power is almost unlimited AND he has to release bursts of it!!!
I have to admit, that is a fight id really like to see for they are both of collosal proportions (physically).
Unfortunately, comparing two completely unrelated characters from very different realities can be very hard and usually is impossible.
I for one, believe that broly would rape the living crap out of the hulk.
#1: I dont recall a time when the hulk could destroy a 'planet' in a mere 5-10 seconds with a single blast of energy or by simply just powering up (probably around 2-5 minutes of doing that will do the trick) (AKA adrenaline rush)
#2: I dont think Hulk has the power to transport himself many miles from his current location in an instant (very highspeed)
#3: If u think that endurance will be the downfall of Broly, you can think again once u have watched all three movies (the first one is quite enough)(not boasting )
for certain explanations made in and out of the movie say that the main advantage of being a legendary super saiyan is that you have unlimited power whatsoever. if Broly got tired all of a sudden from conjuring a chain of attacks, he would need only a fraction of a second to recover then continue. However due to Broly’s unstable mentality (retardedness, lol) caused by his hatred of Goku, Broly just simply attacks like a berserker, not waiting or having the patience to use a specific strategy.
4#: Hulk does not have any of that except that he attacks like a berserker aswell (most of the time anyway)
Therefore i conclude that The hulk has no chance whatsoever of defeating Broly
unless he somehow attained the same powers and attributes as Broly or steals those powers off of Broly. i could ramble on all day about the ways that Broly can simply annihilate The Hulk if wanted to. nevertheless Id still like to see that fight ^^
