You really think Misa could actually just run up andrip off his mask..with C.C standing right there?...its not really a mask more of a helmet anyways...and why doesnt Light recruit the easter bunny while he’s at it, get him to jump out of nowhere and beat Lelouch to death with a sledgehammer? What? I never said Misa would rip his helmit off. I said that she would be the destraction while Light dose the dirty work. For Lelouch’s power to work he has to take it off himself and that is what I said. I mean Light has this one hands down any way since he has Misa and Leloch has C.C.

he does not have to take his helmet off as i stated above, his helmet can function so that it reveals only his left eye, not enough of his face for the shinigami eyes to work

Meh, your still missing the point. Misa dosn’t need to see a face to see a person’s name or life span. She just needs their face to kill them with the note. But that is neither here or there in this debate. And that is where C.C. comes in. Although considered immortal she is still human and is subject to the laws of the Death Note. Which state that all humans have the ability to both kill and commit suicide. Simply put using his Death Note Light will make C.C. kill Lelouch and then for C.C. to kill herself afterwords, which in her case is handing over her immortality to either Light or Misa

if light is getting misa’s help zero is getting C.C.'s help
and rember neither has any real idea who the other is, and C.C. is immortal and substitutes for lelouche mutiple times.
you could say her immortality and the death notes killing ability cant resolve but the death note kills through physical means, which C.C. cant be killed by so its game over for light on a whole nother level

you have to remember kiras power come from a shinigami. who can either act as light “SUPER spy” in areas where misa cannot get the job done, or... ryuk can kill without kira’s instruction.than again... cc and her imortality can act in the same way not the super spy thing the outright killing or........ cc can use her geass of love

I seen both anime and manga. I would say Light/Kira. His death note have a lot less restrictions other than Lelouch’s Geass. Light afterall defeated L the greatest mind in history after all. Also, Light is extremely aggressive and willing to sacrifice anything to win which is how he’s able to beat L in the first place. I mean he even sacrificed his OWN father to win against Mello and not afraid to write his father’s name on the death note(in the movie). But Lelouch has his sister holding him back all the time. If Light knows this weakness, its 100% game over for Lelouch. I would say Light will win due to the reasons above.

i think there is a logical argument that is being ignored that would induce to a tie as far as a face to face encounter.In the episode (sorry no number) where the geas becomes constantly on euphy actually resists the command for several seconds because it was so against her nature to kill the japanese. Then when confronted with Suzaku she overrides the geas entirely refusing to bear ill will against her knight. The deathnote however is absolute in all ways and can be neither resisted or changed with the exception of 3 misspellings of a persons name,or two causes of death occurring within .1 seconds of each other thus being considerd simultaneous.So in the moment that zero lowered his visor to recieve eye contact with zero then provided that misa had given him a name kira would in that moment see his foes face and be able to write him in the deathnote. Kira would be able to resist because he has proven that his desire to live long as god of the new world is so powerful that he refuses to get the shinigami eyes, even to kill L so in that moment of resistance he writes down Lelouch vi Britannia,10 seconds later zero dies and then kira kills himself after being overwhelmed by the geas.

The thing is light can be the other side of the world and win - lelouch needs to be infront of him.
