Well I personally think their at equal footing.
Kizaru might be able to defeat it as he can moves
at the speed of light. Lenalee moves at the speed
of sound and manages to fight Level 4 evenly. I
don’t know much about Akainu. But Aokiji maybe he
may edge out Level 4 by just a pinch. But unless
can freezes at absolute zero then maybe he’ll win.
I am not sure thats the best I can hypothesize
what do you guys think?
