is a teenage diclonius girl around eighteen years old. Lucy has developed strong emotions of hatred and vengeance towards regular humans mainly because of how she was treated by the majority of them as a child, making fun of her horns and giving her insulting nicknames such as freak. Her main weapons are called vectors which are invisible arms that can stretch out a few meters (but in Lucy’s case 2 kilometers) they vibrate at a high rate and can cut through anything.

Gaara may be bloodthirsty(before rehabilitation), but Lucy is a psychopath from what i’ve heard, isn’t there suppose to be excessive nudity and decapitation in Elfen Lied?

If I remember my Manga correctly those vectors can cut through diamond, and with all that sand to help him Gaara can only achive a hardness equivalent to the minerals in his sand. Diamond is the hardest mineral on earth and those vectors can cut through it. Anyway Lucy’s attacks would most likely be to fast for that sand to defend against, kind of like his fight with Rock Lee

Manga Lucy could solo all of Naruto if she wanted to. Her vectors could wrap around the world and cause nuclear explosions.

Sand shield? Useless. Her vectors can penetrate through objects and cut within.

I wonder if Gaara’s Shukaku can handle Lucy?

eh.. Gaara sand shield probably wouldn’t be much help.. Her Vectors are invisible (psionic-like) hands. Not to mention that they can reach through solid material... like flesh to grab at organs, etc... Garaa would have to finish her quickly from a distance. If he doesn’t, I think Lucy takes it. She doesn’t toy with or hesitate to kill. No dramatic pauses...

Gaara has to stay 2 meters away from Lucy, and Lucy’s telekinesis is pointless against Gaara. Any objects thrown at him can be deflected by the sand.

she can also deflect his sand ya know. Plus being able to propel her self with her vectors, she can close the distance quickly. I’m just saying that Garaa needs to take her seriously and not underestimate her.

Anime Lucy has to work to win.
Manga Lucy has had better fights in her sleep.

in the manga Lucy’s vectors can reach up to 2 kilometers
