Spectre. When he was backed by the Presence hewas able too see concepts that the Presence didn’t thought up of.

I’d go with Lucifer here. His brother already beat the Spectre silly, and Lucifer is his undisputed, absolute equal. Plus, Morpheus did state that Lucifer was second only to the Presence.
Although, this depends entierly on how much backing you’d be talking about. If the Presence wanted to make the Spectre win, he could. But that’s not something that has really happened in comics yet.

I don’t really know if that’s supposed to be a feat meant to portray power or not, really.

The Presence can’t fully grasp the concepts and thoughts of his son, too:







Even to the point where he wanted to get to know him better.
