He can withstand powerful impact forces, exposure to extremes of both temperature and pressure, falls from tremendous heights, and tremendously powerful energy blasts without sustaining injury.

* Superhuman Agility: Mangog’s agility, balance, and bodily coordination are all enhanced to levels that are beyond the natural physical limits of even the finest human athlete.

* Superhuman Reflexes: Mangog’s reflexes are similarly enhanced and are superior to those of the finest human athlete.

* Energy Manipulation: Mangog is able to manipulate vast amounts of mystical energy for numerous purposes, though they’re used almost always for destructive purposes. The most commonly seen of these include the ability to manipulate most substances on a molecular level and to fire massively powerful blasts of concussive force from his hands.

I believe Goku or Superman can win this alone, they’d go about it DBZ style and rock Paper scissors to see who would fight him and win. Im pretty sure. And if one fails then the other would pick up the pieces and win.

Goku could beat Mangog from Jurgens run by himself more often than not. Superman is deadweight in this fight and doesn’t really add anything.

Silver Age Mangog would also lose due to a severe lack of speed.

goku doesn’t have enough power to beat mangog. mangog is to damn powerful for goku to deal with. he stamina is why beyond anyone in dbz. goku would be good as dead with out help.

Hell, if Thor could punch out this guy then one high powered punch from Goku should end this fight, he won’t even need to ki blast him. One punch that hits so hard it actually stretches out his stomach, kinda like how you see Piccilo and Android #17 do to each other in the Cell saga.
