Sonic& Mario, are together. So are Superman and Goku. Two teams. One Mission.
PIS and CIS are on. Realism is on. However, everything counts. All media. However, realism for battles is on too.
They both start out on opposite ends of a big city, Say NYC. Heavy RAIN, a HUGE storm is occuring. Kinda like er, Spiderman 3’s portrayal, but a bigger storm.
The Justive League(JLU members), a ton of Cursed Fruit opponents(baddies, minimize Logias if you can),Iceman(x-men), Darth Maul, Quicksilver, Amazo, Silver Surfer, Yusuke,and Lenny(SK) Are all in the city mind controlled, rogue, mad, pissed off, looking for fights, etc. They have Master Chief and Samus(who are back to back and on a team) Pinned down , who requested reinforcements...
Sauron is Masterminding everything. He is the big bad for this.
Can Sonic and Mario, and Goku and Superman, fight their way to the 3rd pinned down team in the middle of the city, and each other,rescue them, then take on Sauron as a team of 6?
No Prep for anyone. So they do not know what they are up against until they see it attacking them...

Hm.I wonder how the battle wold go down againt Sauron ...
Then again, it’s tactically not much of a fight. IF Silver Surfer is blasting shots at Samus pinned down behing a car or sandbags, and Sonic or one of the others comes up behind him fighting their way to the middle, his back is turned and they can suprise-bash him from behind. And other enemies.
Once they get there , relieve the other 2, and all head off to face Sauron’s army....well, it would be fun to watch at least

I suppose we’re counting on Samus and MC coming up with a way to hold out against them. OR keep them busy until reinforcements arrive to mix things up. Then, the more the merrier....for the fight
Sauron’s abilities are really really vague. He’s a known shapeshifter, but unable to disguise himself because he’s unable to take “forms pleasing to the eyes of humans”. He transforms into beasts, etc. He could deflect divine lightning, corrupt the purest souls, and create entire armies.
Oh, and did I forget to mention he’s a freaking god?!
I’m having some difficulty with this one, mostly because I have no idea how the Chief and Samus even survived this long. Some of these guys are way out of their weight class.
