Since Megatron didn’t do well against the Undefeated of the East, how would the 6-changing ninja decepticon from Transformers Headmasters stand a chance?

Assuming Sixshot can emulate multiple clones of himself, I say he stands pretty good chance not to get blindsided by Asia’s towel.

Master Asia can also move at solid pace and can rip mobile suits apart with a normal band. And Asia has no access to his gundam btw, Vortex.
Okay, I think Sixshot stands pretty good chances against Master Asia than Megatron since he pwned Menasor at the final episode of the Headmasters series in a blink of an eye.
Sixshot has also been managing to destroy bigger targets too: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hbbIfzGNl68 (5:18-7:01)
Ah, Sixshot. I remember him from Transformers Headmasters, he was badass towards the end of the series and unlike Megatron and Optimus Prime, he never died either.

Sixshot is so powerful, he defies all laws of perspective.
Sixshot attended Megatron’s rally before the war, despite apparently not existing yet. Megatron Origin issue 3
Sixshot, deployed by the Decepticons as a “living weapon”, was one of the most feared Decepticons in the galaxy, as well as one of the most powerful. He was typically unleashed during Phase Five or Phase Six of the Decepticons' phased infiltration protocol, bringing utter devastation to the worlds he visited. His “armature” consisted of metals drawn from the compacted core of a collapsed star, and his hermetically sealed power core contained a “self-regenerating dark matter fission cell”—in other words, he was fast, strong, virtually indestructible, and could fight all day and all night without getting tired. Devastation #4
In the days before Cybertron was abandoned, Starscream voiced concerns over Sixshot, fearing he was simply too powerful. Aware of the dangers of such a powerful soldier, Megatron had Sixshot built with a secret “off switch” that could shut him down if need be. Devastation #5
His lethal, emotionless nature ended up ostracizing him from his fellow Decepticons, with Starscream in particular disliking him; though Sixshot wasn’t the most social warrior, he did miss the camaraderie of battle. The closest thing he had to “friends” were the Terrorcons, a troop of Decepticon warriors who envied Sixshot’s power and reputation and aspired to one day be as great as he. The only other person not afraid of and shunning him was Megatron, and he’d planted a secret “off switch” in Sixshot anyway.
Trying to warn his boss that setting off this chain of events will only lead to All Hail Megatron. While on a mission to the strategically-significant planet Mumu-Obscura, the Terrorcons went missing. After getting the info from Squawkbox, Sixshot set out to rescue his “friends”. After arriving, he found Mumu-Obscura to be a dead world, completely razed by a group of aliens known as the Reapers. The Reapers, led by a Deathbringer, offered the lives of the Terrorcons to Sixshot, if the Decepticon could defeat them in battle. Sixshot fought valiantly, though the Reapers proved to just be toying with him.
Eventually, the Deathbringer called off the battle and handed over the Terrorcons. The entire fight had been a test and the Reapers were willing to extend membership to Sixshot. The final test for joining, however, would be that Sixshot must sever all sentimental connections to his past and eliminate the Terrorcons. Sixshot could not bring himself to do the deed, though a part of him truly craved to be a Reaper. The Deathbringer allowed him to leave with the Terrorcons and declared that they would cross paths again, and hopefully then, Sixshot would be ready. Spotlight: Sixshot
Think the insurance company will cover those? After Megatron’s recent thrashing by Optimus Prime, Sixshot was called in “early” to deal with the Autobots on Earth. Escalation #6
After arriving on Earth, Megatron instructed Sixshot to track down Optimus Prime’s unit and eliminate them. Sixshot was slightly confused that he had been called in so early, but he also knew what happened when you tried to press a point with Megatron, so he complied. The other Decepticons, however, were concerned with Megatron’s choice of action. Devastation #1
Once the Autobots' location had been relayed by Ratbat, Sixshot rocketed across the continent, intercepting the Ark-19 as the Autobots attempted to relocate it. He shot it down with a single blast. Devastation #2
Some moron brought a cougar to a party and it went berserk.Seeing the ship crash into the Gulf of Mexico and explode, Sixshot pursued Ratchet, who had ejected with Verity Carlo and Jimmy Pink in an escape pod before the Ark-19 crashed into the ocean. He was briefly distracted by two fighter jets, which he effortlessly destroyed. The brief distraction allowed Ratchet to escape to Pensacola, where he attempted to hide among an ambulance pool. The “local rules of engagement” didn’t apply to Sixshot, however; he proceeded to just blow up every ambulance around to force Ratchet to reveal himself. In the process, he made himself the first Transformer to be caught live on television and be visible in a crowded civilian area.
Transforming to wolf mode, Sixshot chased Ratchet out of town and down a highway, barely noticing as Ratchet discharged his two human passengers. He chased the Autobot to the Gulf of Mexico’s edge and was about to kill him, when the crew of the Ark-19 emerged from the water and shot him. Devastation #3
Speedlines accompany Sixshot wherever he goes.Sixshot shrugged off their attacks and engaged the team of seven Autobots single-handedly on the beach. He badly wounded Bumblebee and Jazz while infodumping the Autobots about his various capabilities. After most of the Autobots escaped via orbital jump, Sixshot faced Optimus Prime alone. The Autobot leader was giving him a considerable run for his money, when he was summoned back to Decepticon headquarters to deal with the recently arrived Reapers. Devastation #4
Arriving in Oregon, Sixshot blasted a hole in the Reapers' ship and fought their whole legion. Deathbringer entreated him to join the Reapers, planning to destroy him if he refused. Starscream then emerged, challenging Sixshot to a duel to the death, making his decision easier and causing him to defect. However, Starscream activated Sixshot’s “off switch”, a verbal command of “Reset: pi-orion-actual-orbit. Enable." Sixshot immediately shut down and crashed. Devastation issue 5 Amid all the chaos, everyone else seemed to forgot about the deactivated Decepticon... everyone except for Galvatron. Devastation #6
Galvatron took Sixshot to the Dead Universe scientist Jhiaxus, who repaired his body but implanted a device in his brain which gave his will over to the amoral researcher. Once completed, Sixshot was deployed to guard one of the Nega-Cores, which were essential to the Expansion of the Dead Universe. Any attempt to get to the Nega-Core would’ve involved a vicious battle that an attacking force would lose, Spotlight: Doubledealer so the Autobots snuck in through the back instead. Dehn-dehn-DEHHHHHHHHHHH!!!Sixshot traded Jiaxus' [sic] technology for his freedom. And thus Sixshot returned, in full possession of all of his faculties.
Rather than being used for full-scale planetary destruction, he first went on a snatch-and-grab mission to recover secret Autobot scientific research. He snuck into Orvus Base, killing most of the crew before they knew what hit them. The Throttlebots were stationed there, however, and were able to escape with the data and their lives. Sixshot pursued them to planet Orvus Base was orbiting, Salvvatan VIII.
There he confronted the Throttlebots, who put up a fight, but he was having little trouble wearing them down. The fight took them into the city, where Sixshot was thrown through a door into a control room. This set off unusual alarms. While he was preparing to blast Searchlight, an arm emerged out of the city, crushing him. This didn’t incapacitate Sixshot, so when the city completed its transformation, it stomped on him, which did put him out of commission... temporarily... Spotlight: Metroplex

Sixshot wins on the account that he can blind-shotted 5 aerialbots, Ultra Magnus, and Menasor with ease.
Sixshot’s power is greater than Galvatron in the Headmasters series.
Unless Master Asia can use his Gundam in battle(which he doesn’t), he can only hold off Sixshot’s onslaught for 5 minutes until he died off illness.
*waiting for Shinigami-Sama to provide more facts on Sixshot*
5 minutes would only get Master Asia far but not close.
This battle should be a stalemate until one tires the other out.
