Seriously though... Vincent can still use materia, which pretty much ends this thread. So even if MC’s uber shield stop most of Vincents bullets, he won’t be able to get away from the vast array of materia Vincent has access to.

Vincent also probably moves too fast for MC to hit, considering Yazoo’s bullets did absolutely nothing.

He honestly doesn’t need materia. He outruns an explosion in Dirge of Cerberus and takes down multiple helicopters with only a handgun. Snake and MC would have a better chance beating Barret, but even that’s stretching it.
