You said Halo technology, you said nothing about the UNSC itself when you say halo you mean it as a whole.

Halo is a Galaxy destroyer, which I would assume is way more advance then Anything in mega man. Except the time stop thing that is pretty advanced.

Edit: The time stop doesn’t literally stop time, but slows down certain enemies.

I know I said Halo, but I meant UNSC, since that’s the tech MC uses.

And the link doesn’t specifically say that it doesn’t stop time. And UNSC can’t freeze people like that either.

Okay, watching these people go back and forth is irritating, so here’s some helpful info: Megaman can tank and fire the elements.
Master Chief, is slow and can be easily killed by bullets.
You all seem to not know that if something contradicts something in the books, and it’s in the game, the game takes precedence. Therefore: Chief is slow, weak, and can be killed, by a cone.
Are we done here? At any rate, Samus wins. We should be done here.
