Monkey D. Luffy vs Alucard

They are fighting in London in perpetual night, a barrier has been in placed to stop ring outs by the Hellsing Organization. Neither character can use abilities they can’t utilize on their own.

So who wins.

Explain by abilities that they can’t utilize on their own.

Can’t Alucard unlock level 0 without having someone else do it?

yeah...in fact, i got the impression he would automatically be at level 0 if it weren’t for the hellsing family...

If I remember correctly he need permission from the Head of the Hellsing Family, but 3-1 he can do on his own

Well, since the organization isn’t involved in this fight, then he can do it, if necessary. Utilizing his familiars and using them to morph his arm into that shadow demon would do the job.

and, i doubt it would do any good, but can alucard use his guns? more of a formality question then anything else, cuz we all know what happens when someone shoots luffy.

Since it’s in his regular arsenal, I don’t see why not.

Alucard can use Baskerville without being a level 0. And I made a mistake there are 6 levels of control not four lol so he can release from 6-1 by himself, although it is possible for Alucard to hit 0 by himself since Integra requested a drop to level 0 instead of ordered it.

I’d still give it to Alucard though. Luffy has power on his side, but Alucard can regenerate, become intangible, and also move at fast speeds. If he bites Luffy, Luffy is dead.

It might be her way of unlocking the level, much like how, in folklore, a vampire has to be invited into a home. (note that they aren’t ordered in) The other levels he can unlock on his own, it’s just in his style to keep them up since he likes toying with his opponents.

Anyway, Alucard major time. He can turn parts of his body into blades, basically, add that onto all the other shapeshifting abilities.
