Flash is far faster than light, and raiden is a weak God especially by fictional standards. He is nothing next Marvel’s Thor. Flash has as much speed as Hulk has power, which is limitless. DC has far stronger gods than MK. And Sub-Zero wouldn’t have time to react to Flash’s speed, besides did you not see Flash tear up the ground? He can run over space, water, lava, ice, whatever.
