by no powers I mean they dont use powers, you could say green lantern is just a normal person, his ring has the powers
no powers = no powers - no magic or alien or mutant abilities, hoever using technology is allowed __________________ me=destinyguy678

New X-men
Surge:
Surge absorbs electricity at all times: from static in the air, electrical appliances, outlets, etc (often causing lights to flicker, etc). She can’t control the absorption, and thus must wear specifically-designed gauntlets at all times to regulate it. She can discharge the energy through powerful lightning-like blasts or channel it into bursts of superhuman speed. If she takes in too much energy, it causes mental overloads which cause her to speak too fast, scatters her thinking, and worsens her control over the blasts.
Hellion:
Hellion is a telekinetic. He is able to fly at subsonic speeds, create telekinetic force fields, unleash powerful blasts of telekinetic force, and levitate and manipulate objects from afar. Hellion is an Alpha-level mutant.
When Emma unlocked subconscious blocks on his power, Hellion was able to reach a flight speed several times the speed of sound, faster than one of the O*N*E Sentinel pilots believed possible and destroyed a Sentinel by telekinetically hurling an armored wagon through it, but was severely injured from the physical strain afterward. Recovering, it appears that while his power levels have come down from Frost’s manipulation, they have stabilized at a higher level than before, and he is having trouble focusing his abilities. With this lack of focus, Hellion has difficulty using his telekinetic abilities with fine control such as lifting up a paper clip but has no problem in raw power when it comes to destroying the entire floor that the paper clip resides on.
His telekinetic aura gives an appearance of green energy and his eyes tend to glow green when he uses his powers. In contrast to most other telekinetics, Hellion tends to focus and channel his mental energy almost exclusively through his hands, very rarely projecting it as a free flow output directly from his brain.
Dust:
Dust can transform herself into an explosive cloud of sand-like silicon particles and maintain control of her sand form (for instance scouring the flesh from her enemies' bones like a sandstorm or forming a human-shaped body), before reforming at will. However, telekinetic or similarly powered beings can take control of her sand particles. According to Jean Grey and Professor X, her dust form makes her harder to detect telepathically and according to New X-Men vol. 2 #42 somewhat resistant to magic.
Dust has also demonstrated a major weaknesses to water. Her sand form has been stopped by being doused with water several times in combat. She can also be defeated if the air she travels through is manipulated (such as during her fight with Wind Dancer). Like many transmorphs, she reverts back to her human form if exhausted or knocked unconscious.
Elixer:
Elixir is an Omega-level mutant, capable of controlling the biological structure of any organic matter including his own body. He is still inexperienced in the use of his powers, and the limits of his abilities are unknown. Currently he mostly uses his powers for healing, at which he is very skilled. He must be in close proximity to whomever he heals, but can heal through clothing.
At present, Elixir has healed both simple and serious injuries from broken bones to mortal wounds. He also restored Wolfsbane’s powers and altered his own DNA. Recently, Elixir has displayed the ability to harm as well as heal, such as causing painful boils and welts to appear on the flesh of his enemies. He even used his powers to kill William Stryker, although the resulting feedback also altered his own body and brain; Prodigy hypothesizes that he was never meant to use his powers in this manner. When channeling his powers in harmful ways, Elixir’s skin turns from its usual gold, to metallic black.
In New X-Men #38, Josh has the Stepford Cuckoos telepathically copy and transfer all the information that Beast knows about anatomy, biology, and genetics into Josh’s mind essentially giving him all he needs to know to fully utilize his Omega-level biological powers possibly having reached mastery of his powers. He demonstrates his new power by healing David’s vision so he doesn’t need eyeglasses and consciously switching from black (death) to gold (life) and slays his demon captor before rebuilding David’s heart, boosting Laura’s healing factor to save her from dying again, and trying to kill Belasco the same way he killed Stryker but failing while managing to slow Belasco down and give Mercury and Dust time to catch their breath.
Mercury:
Mercury’s body is composed of non-toxic mercury, which she can reshape or solidify at will, although she is still inexperienced in shape-shifting. Molecular adhesion power gives her the ability to cling to solid surfaces and move her body at will even without overt locomotive features. She has also demonstrated superhuman strength by supporting huge slabs of concrete, though the extent of this strength is unknown.
It has also been said by her creators that she can potentially do anything the T-1000, from 1991 film Terminator 2: Judgment Day, can. However, she has yet to demonstrate one key facet of the T-1000’s shapeshifting — the ability to change the color and texture of her liquid metal to completely mimic a human form. However, Mercury often maintains her original red hair, suggesting that she has the ability to change her mercury’s color and texture to a degree.
Electricity is her main weakness and has often been used against her, because it causes her body to go haywire.
Due to her composition Mercury does not require food or drink. Only a few people know this however, and Mercury does eat and drink as it makes her feel more normal.
Since her body is not organic, she is one of the few people who can touch Wither, for whom she has unrequited feelings, without decaying.
She can also control pieces of her liquid mercury and has the potential to bring it back to her like she almost did in the last issue of Mercury Falling. Usually, if forcefully separated from her body, her liquid mercury turns into dead flesh, as demonstrated during the Facility’s experiments. However, some of her mercury has been separated as living mercury tissue and was used for Predator X’s skin. She is currently less than her original mass, as she states that when Laura cut off her hands to save her during the fight with Nimrod, she “lost a few pounds."
According to Belasco, Cessily’s transient form is resistant to magic.
Rockslide:
Powers and abilities
In his initial appearance, Santo’s body was composed completely of granite; this grants him superhuman strength, endurance, durability and the ability to explode and reconstruct himself. He previously had the ability to fire his hands as projectiles but that ability was lost.
In the Hellions mini-series, he was shattered by the Kingmaker and put back together by Julian, much like how a disembodied Emma Frost was reanimated by Jean Grey in the first New X-Men series. Santo’s body was later obliterated by Nimrod. Again with Julian’s assistance, he was eventually able to put himself back together. This time his appearance is larger and more rugged.
In the Quest for Magik arc, Santo attempts to fire his fists off in Limbo but Blindfold reveals that aspect of his powers doesn’t work anymore. Although he is blown up again, Santo returns as a large lava type “golem”. His molten rock form, being from Limbo, is also resistant to magic. This is shown when Darkchild tried to stop him from attacking her and when Belasco tries to zap him with magical energy, but they both have no effect.
Dr. McCoy’s suspicion is that after Nimrod shattered Santo, Nimrod must have atomized most of his original body and dissolved him in some sort of disembodied psychic state. Santo, in theory, is able to re-form himself as a “golem” from some kind of ambient earth matter and obtain that earth matter’s properties. The first time his body was destroyed, he was able to reform from solid rocks and obtained a larger and rugged rock body. The second time, he reformed from Limbo’s molten rocks and obtained the ability to generate and maintain heat from within. The third time, he reformed from the school’s grounds after exploding himself. Beast, currently, is testing the extent of Rockslide’s reformation abilities. As a result, Santo’s original ability to fire off his limbs is seemingly lost in his new reformed bodies. Instead, the energy used to propel his limbs is now explosively released from his entire body, obliterating his form, from which he can recover
X-23:
X-23 is a female clone created from Wolverine’s genetic material. Consequently, her mutant powers are similar to his. Like Wolverine, X-23’s primary mutant ability is an accelerated healing factor that allows her to regenerate damaged or destroyed tissues with far greater speed and efficiency than an ordinary human. Injuries such as gunshot wounds, slashes, and puncture wounds completely heal within a matter of minutes. Her healing factor is developed to such a degree that she can reattach severed limbs. She severs her own hand to escape the restraints placed on her by Kimura[6] The effects of her accelerated healing powers extend to her body’s immune system, rendering her immune to disease and infection. She is also immune to most drugs and toxins, although she can be affected by certain drugs if given sufficient dosage.
Due to the effect of X-23’s mutant healing factor, her physical senses, strength, stamina, agility, and reflexes are heightened to superhuman levels. Like Wolverine, X-23 possesses retractable claws sheathed within her forearms. She releases the claws through the tissue of her knuckles, leaving small wounds which are healed by her healing factor. Unlike Wolverine, however, X-23 has only two claws that emerge from her fists. She possesses a single, retractable claw housed within each foot. These claws are actually made of bone and were forcefully extracted by Zander Rice, coated with adamantium, and reinserted into her body. Since the claws are laced with adamantium, they are virtually unbreakable and are capable of cutting almost any substance. Two known exceptions are adamantium itself and the alloy of Captain America’s shield.
X-23 escaped before the procedure to fuse her entire skeleton with adamantium could be performed
Prodigy:
Prodigy initially had the telepathic ability to absorb and mimic the knowledge and skills from the minds of the people in close proximity to him. This power only let him absorb other’s abilities and not their powers. His power also granted him the ability to predict his opponents moves, allowing him to take on both Wolverine[2] and Santo (Rockslide)[3] in hand to hand combat. A side effect however was David’s self-imposed mental blocks. These blocks prevented him from retaining the knowledge he absorbs, forgetting whatever he has learned after a short period of time.
After the events of M-Day, David is one of the many mutants who lost their powers. However, due to his extensive studying prior to coming to Xaviers, he’s maintained a rather high intellect He created a Danger Cave, a training room for the rest of his peers, and shows an extensive knowledge of the past missions of the X-men. [4].
Along with his intellect, Prodigy has been displayed as an extremely competent leader. Early in the series, Danielle Moonstar initially chose Prodigy to become leader of the New Mutants Squad. He would initially decline[5] but would later offer to be co-leader after convincing from Wind Dancer[6]. Both Cyclops[7] and Danielle Moonstar[8] have acknowledged his leadership skills; Danielle going so far as to state, “[Prodigy]is the best strategic thinker at the school." He is later made a substitute instructor for the students at the institute.
Although depowered, David has recently regained access to all the skills and knowledge that he absorbed when he was still a mutant. This was made possible when the mental block in his brain was removed by the Stepford Cuckoos. Now he can recall the fighting abilities and scientific knowledge of many of the X-Men including Beast’s medical knowledge, Professor Xavier’s expert standing in various subjects, and Wolverine and Kitty Pryde’s martial arts. Considering that he had some contact with nearly all the X-men, students, visitors, and various other people over the course of his life before he lost his powers, the exact scope of his collective abilities is hard to ascertain. Though he can no longer learn skills like he did with his powers, he can still learn normally.
Anole:
Victor’s reptilian mutation gives him green scaly skin, a spiked head carapace instead of hair, a prehensile sticky tongue, the ability to stick to solid surfaces, and enhanced agility, speed, reflexes, coordination, balance. He can also blend in with his surroundings to become “invisible”. He can also grow back lost limbs but they appear like his “hair” and grant him with a higher level of strength. His new arm has sharp claws at the ends of his fingers that he can use to attack with (as seen in New X-Men #40). Beast confirmed that whenever Anole loses a limb, a stronger version of that limb grows in. The regrowth of Victor’s arm as a scaly dragon arm and his reluctance to risk further transformations is reminiscent of Dragonhide, an illness that afflicts the protagonist in Alasdair Gray’s first novel, Lanark.
Pixie:
Gwynn possesses insect-like wings (depicted of various colors, depending on the artist) that allow her to fly. In addition, she produces a “pixie dust” that causes hallucinations, often to comedic effect, such as demons seeing bright bubbles and teddy bears, and, in one instance, Wolverine seeing a herd of unicorns and subsequently trying to tear them apart. He still never wants her to dust him again. It is unknown if she has any conscious control over these hallucinations, but mentioned once that she has no idea what her victims are seeing. After Magik took part of Megan’s soul in an attempt to create a SoulSword, her appearance was changed, reflecting the portion of her soul lost to black magic. Her formerly pink hair is now mostly black and her multicoloured wings are left tattered. As the spell to steal Megan’s soul was interrupted, a full SoulSword could not be formed, instead Megan can summon a SoulDagger, a diminished, but still powerful magical tool.
She is now capable of disrupting magic and harming magic-based creatures by using the Soulknife and claims to know a little magic and has thus far demonstrated only a teleportation spell, taught to her by Magik. She states that she has been consulted by both Amanda Sefton and Doctor Strange about furthering her magical tutelage when she comes of age.
Gentle:
After Belasco had kidnapped the New X-Men to Limbo, Nezhno was able to protect Pixie and defeat N’astirh before passing out. Nezhno’s powers have been descibed as “Extreme strength”. His power is the ability to temporarily increase the muscle mass of his body to impossible levels. However, he cannot sustain this form for long since it causes massive strain on his body and leads to seizures. The vibranium tattoos adorning his body help to keep his powers in check but Nezhno indicated that eventually his powers will kill him[7]. Also important to note is the fact that when his powers are in use his vibranium tatoos glow.
Nezhno was excused from Emma’s New X-Men brawl for his own safety and only participated in minimal violence while in Limbo. He saves this power for emergencies as it can only be used for a short period of time.
Armor:
Hisako can generate a psionic body armor that grants her superhuman strength and durability. The body armor protects her from powerful attacks and greatly strengthens the force behind her offensive blows.
Hisako’s armor is apparently strong enough to survive the heat caused from a long fall through the atmosphere. She can also cause her armor to be able to release a large amount of solid, concussive energy at once, but it may be difficult to perform.
Wolverine is able to pierce through Hisako’s armor with his adamantium claws,[3] although he is not able to go through it with the rest of his body. In the same issue, Hisako, when asked by Wolverine what her powers “are made of," she replies, “It’s...my family. I...I mean, the line of my ancestors passes this strength, this protection that I can access, it’s hard to..." and trails off. __________________ me=destinyguy678
