Not. Goku trained in the Other World, in his ship on the trip to Namek, and in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, not to mention with Korin and Kami. Gohan did not do all of that. Goku has more experience than his son.

gohan power level is 5,200,000,000 and super saiyan 4 power level is 4,500,000,000.

Where are you getting this? I would like to see it. And if he did train, which he didn’t he would be able to battle his father. But Goku wins either way.
