Actually it could go both way, Either
Nami or Orihime can win this.

The character’s personality can affect the outcome of the battle greatly, such as Orihime’s gentle nature in not wanting to harm people, or Nami’s determination to win no matter what....

But if I really have to choose, then it would probably be Nami... Orihime is good, with all her healing stuffs, but Nami has strategies in her battle not like Orihime... Nami can plan her battle which makes her a deadly opponent....

Hey now I think people are underestimating Orihime. She was fast enough to react to Ullquiora and blocked one of grimmjow’s ceros.

Never the less nami wins given that orhime’s just not that smart. =/
