Speed equaled no flight for either side.

Bleach wins this one; they have more haxed abilities and are on a slightly higher powerscale.

Higher powerscale? Explain.

They have more powerful feats though I haven’t read the latest chapters in Naruto so it’s possible I could be wrong.

Now this is weird. For Aizen’s Shikai, you have the Mangekyo Sharingan from Sasuke or Itachi, not to mention Madara as well, and with speed capped...

Then there’s also Kakashi’s Kamui, and Pain’s ability to nuke a city...
