I’ll start, no one else add anything.

NOTE: - In VS Debate with Neo, I’d advise you state in the OP that Neo can do everything that he has done in the Matrix in the real world, no more, no less, otherwise Neo loses because the Matrix isn’t real.

Neo could have potentially been more of a reality warping One, but because Link was too anxious to see Neo in combat, he wasted most of Neo’s training on fighting, and thus from that point on Neo’s powers were based off of combat;



As a result of his combat based powers, he was more formidable in combat than his 'predecessors', while watching this remember that the Merovingian AKA 'the french man' said that Neo had some skill, take note that he had encountered six other versions of The One, and Neo still surprised him.

Making Neo quite possibly more powerful than his 'predecessors'.



Neo discovers his unnatural abilities after Smith 'kills' him, he resurrects himself and then proceeds to stop bullets in mid and continues to erase Mr Smith from the Matrix;



As a result of 'erasing' the program, Agent Smith gains a similar connection to the Source that Neo’s powers were originally based off of, as Mister Smith explains at the beginning of this video;



Here Neo travels 500 hundred miles in a matter of minutes, wikipedia explains that he traveled at speeds exceeding sound;

wikipedia wrote: Whilst his speed is never specified, he flies from the Merovingian’s mountain manor to the highway “500 miles due south” in fewer than 15 minutes (2,000 miles per hour), implying that his “cruising speed” is in excess of three times the speed of sound.

Here is the extent of Neo’s speed, when Neo achieves these speeds he is capable of creating a sonic boom that can cause mass destruction to an entire city if he continues to accelerate, in this feat Neo outruns an explosion and travels many many many many many times faster than a hypersonic jet ever could;

Neo taking some severe punishment, survives a direct impact with earth that would pulverize any known material into a fine powder. He proceeds to punch Oracle Smith at super speed repeatedly. Since Neo was human, and Oracle Smith was a machine, Smith eventually wore him out with infinite stamina. But, after letting himself become converted into a Smith, Neo managed to erase the program Smith once more, whilst severing both of their connections to the source;

I think the one thing that perhaps hurts Neo is the speed of his attacks. Even though he can fly at super speed, and he has occasional bursts of super speed fighting, normally he just fights like any other quick martial artist.

He did do those super fast blocks on Smith in movie one, but he never fought that fast again.
