Well seeing as how just from EXISTING Omega Shenron can obliterate the universe I’m going to go with............the first one of these two “unique” combatants.......

Also since SP is already probably stronger than the Hulk, this fusion would just make him berserk and unable to fight with strategy and reason, one of his assets.
