Well if he manages summon the Hokages then I don’t think Zoro has a chance. I just don’t see Orochimaru getting a change to summon them considering Zoro would slice off his arms before it could happen, taking away his power to use any jutsus just like when the 3rd sealed his arms and left him jutsu-less. Orochimaru is one tough guy to kill tho, it seems like no matter what you do he just keeps coming back. I think Zoro would find a way to win tho as long as Orochimaru doesn’t summon the hokages.

Orochimaru go to Sasuke’s body by some jutsu and Sasuke broke it via Sharingan... the same thing will happen to Zorro...

All I see from the start is Zorro is a fair man... he will play sportif even it will cost his life. he will not interfere in combat if not necessary...
He will not play dirty like that... Zorro know the warrior ethic code...
he will let Orochimaru do some hand seals and let Orochimaru do some Edo Tensei...
while on the other hand... Orochimaru is not a warrior and will play dirty as usual...
He can win this battle via Edo Tensei... without it it would be a great problem for him...
Orochimaru don’t need the hokages he his strong himself he just can’t die plus the guy is very skill.And guess what he can Summon Manda and that snake move very fast or cough him with his tongue and stab him with his sword and he his fast.He was going high speed when he push the Kiuubi Orochimaru is very tough don’t underestimate him.

well that were your wrong. He will die. His soul can only be switched every three years. he recently switched to sasuke but failed to take it over so he can’t use that. He can’t summon the Kages since they got their soul taken by the death god, and even if he could Zoro would just kick their ass. Oro will die a most painful death.
