It travels back in time and kills him when he is near death, Kryptonite, or when he is near a sun that does not give him power. No way of stopping that.

The Dalek also has an impresive shield that can hold him off while he transports which would take one second(or maybe almost a second.) It can than kill them both at leisure.

Actually, touching it may be the biggest mistake ever. It can take the Genetic material from a Time traveler to begin Cellular regeneration and gain energy.

No Nanobot could injure Pre-Crisis Superman at all.
He can move a planet using air molecules that were stored in his lungs, by this logic he could melt neutron-degenerate matter with nothing but heat alone.
Its not a robot or a cyborg. It is a metal shell controlled by a true Dalek.
Temporal shift was shown in Daleks in Manhattan.
Daleks can change their genetic structure to the cellular level. They can also use a human body and genetically make them self a human/Dalek hybrid.
Once Supe(Pre-crisis) touches him, it has a genetic sample of Supe and all the temporal energy from when supe has every time traveled. This is much more energy than what Rose had in that episode. While using the New found energy to regenerate it self (if it was damaged by Supe)and power its heat shield to a level that can hold Supe off. Than using Supe’s genetic sample, it can change itself into a Superman/Dalek Hybrid. Than it can capture Supe(it is shown in Dalek in Manhatten, where he encased a human in a cocoon and merged with the human in order to become a Dalek/human hybrid.) and after that , with his new powers as superman does, he can merge much more quickly than before and there fore become a true Superman/Dalek hybrid and kill Prime. Was he has supes dna from being punched, there is nothing they can do.

1) i doubt that a dalek can change its entire structure in less than .000001 seconds.
2) its only gonna have his physiology,the dalek would still need solar energy
3) he could just use concentrate his heat vision.
4) i dont think prime is going to just sit their and let it happen,the sheild would most likely break under the strength of the supes.
