Just because that stuff happens to lower level dudes doesn’t mean it will happen to Raditz. Remember General Blue’s paralizing thing didn’t work on Tao and Tao killed him with his tongue? It’s somewhat the same concept here.
I think that was only in the anime though (unless it doesn’t matter).

Yes but, Goku survived a much bigger blast. Honestly I doubt he used a weaker blast and considering the energy was mainly concentrated on Raditz, it would not always cause such collarteral damage. Also I am well aware it was not his strongest but he was angry and he charged slightly longer for it than he did to destroy the moon.
Lifting a boulder is impressive sure, but when a guy who would be fodder trash to the two guys who you are effortlessly owning is throwing shit across country and riding on it while actually traveling at decent speeds, says something about Raditz’s level of strength.
Now we go in to the fact, Raditz can fly if he needs to. This will put Ken at a disadvantage of getting hit by one of Raditz’s mountain range busting energy attacks. He did those rather easily too.
Kenshiro putting cracks in the armor may be harder than you think. Remember Raditz was fighting two people who were faster than the eye could see by some margin and he beat them down pretty easy.

Ken is at a disadvantage since Raditz can fly but I’m sure Ken can easily dodge many of Raditz attacks, or if he’s using Musou Tensei, become completely unharmed by it. Then Ken would use that same attack on Raditz.
Yeah, I don’t recall them ever getting a single hit on Raditz but here is a different case. Like all Saiyans, Raditz love to fight and he’ll likely fight Ken up close, which would give Ken the advantage, since he has more deadly up-close techniques.

He can use the same attack, but it wouldn’t have the same level of power, and his control of how powerful it is and such would be low since I don’t think he has expierence with ki energy.Like Goku didn’t when he first did Kamehameha right after seeing it once. That takes some skill, to understand how to do that after just seeing it once when the creator of the tech took him YEARS.
Anyway, Ken may have deadlier techniques as Raditz doesn’t have any of those fancy h2h techs. But he does have immense strength and he took two fighters to the limits and lets be honest,Raditz was defeated by some what of a plot manner. He could have just flown in to the air and not got hit by Masenkepo.
Raditz won’t own him in one hit or anything, but I’m fairly sure Raditz does have the advantage. Though if Ken finds out about Raditz’s tail weaknesses he would win but the only reason they knew about that in the manga was because Goku had one at one point.
Kenshiro’s power’s are in a whole other league to General Blue, in later chapter’s he can give life and walk the plain’s of death itself, Kenshiro’s style is stated to be undefeated in over 6,000 year’s so give him some credit he is a master over the bodies energies.

Here we see Kenshiro move so fast time itself stand’s still even to a being of super speed like himself.
2:13
Kenshiro and Shinn are that fast they pass through each others physical state
I don’t remember Raditz ever displaying such speed
4:14
Kenshiro’s blow’s create sonic boom’s with their power and speed

lol Raditz won’t get tired that quickly. Physically he outmatches Ken. It will be similar to what he did to his brother and Piccolo only he doesn’t have to worry about two people. Though Ken has advantages Piccolo nor Goku had.

...you do realize Kenshiro is stronger and faster than Raditz is?

That’s nice and all, but, it looked like Krillin and Roshi jumped past each other when in reality they played a game of rock paper scissors. GOku moved his arms so fast it looked like he had four arms, etc. These were all pre Kami training for Goku.

He actually isn’t.
Haha i think not
As i remember Raditz lifted a Car, Kenshiro could FLICK over a train carriage and lift up a boulder the size of a hill
In speed he can sure Raditz is fast but Kenshiro can actualy pass through physical form’s of others he is that fast

Whenever Kenshiro uses someone elses style or technique, he does it perfectly. I don’t see how this any different. Plus, he does have experience at shooting fireballs (he has a technique if his own that shoots a ki blast, even though it’s a little different from a DBZ blast).
Well he was too injured to do any fighting. Flying MAY require using energy that I don’t think he was in a condition to do.
I don’t think Ken will need to use Raditz tail to beat him. That’s just what I think.
