And now: the time slowing ability. This, would definitely turn the tables. Unfortunately, Ratchet has a trick under his sleeve (actually, two tricks): the Golden Groovitron. This gadget can and will oblige ANY enemy (turrets, bosses like Emperor Tachyon, etc.) to enter in a dancing trance. The best thing from the Golden Groovitron is that it deploys INFINITE disco balls. The dancing trance is so deep that Jak can get vulnerable enough to get attacked mercilessly by 900 rounds of the RYNO 4EVER. That weapon is so powerful, that Emperor Tachyon can be defeated in seconds. Try to compare the 16HP from a dancing, I-can’t-do-anything-to-save-my-life Jak to the enduring Tachyon. RYNO4EVER.

You’re right about when he just has to think to do it, but Jak won’t know anything else than that he’s throwing an “harmless” disco ball (technically, it is harmless). When does a disco ball harm someone?

in this situation their pitted against each other...right when the battle starts jak slows time then takes out ratchet for a quick win...

Common kinowledge in vs fights dude. That means they know about each other, and also blood lust meaning they do anything to win and full capacity meaning they fight at Full power. Which is why Jak wins.

You just don’t get it, don’t you? Even if they’re pitted against each other, the Groovinator is suddenly deployed and the effects begin IMMEDIATELY. Definitely, Jak won’t be ready, even if he knows everything about Ratchet. Therefore, it prevents the time-freezing maneuver (which takes about 11/2 second). Of course they’ll fight Full power. What the hell do you think Ratchet is going to do with his 900 rounds of the RYNO4EVER when Jak is dancing? Rip him a new one. lol
well jak would freeze time but ratchet would teleport with his warp pad to some where safe until the time freeze is over then he would sneek up behind jak and attack but jak will heal and shield himself but then ratchet will use the r.y.n.o at the same time that jak uses the nuke but if they both survive ratchet will use giant clank and jak will run on the flut-flut then turn invisible and throw a dark bomb and destroy clank but then ratchet will swing and kick jak so their both unstoppable so its a draw.
