Ratchet vs. Jak

Ratchet would absolutely beat jak’s ass.
Why?
Jak has 12 weapons.
Ratchet has like 40+ weapons (from the first to the fourth game).
Jak has 16 health orbs.
In Deadlocked, Ratchet health keep growing
Jak has powerful but LIMITED dark and light powers.
Although Ratchet doesn’t have any kind of dark or light power, he has a RYNO, a zodiac, a shield, a wrench, Clank, the decoy glove... the works.
If Ratchet deploys the decoy Ratchet, turrets(which the enemy can’t destroy), RYNO or Zodiac, the shield and the carbonox armor suit, Jak and Daxter doesn’t stand a chance beacuse:

Light jak shield will protect Jak for only 15-20 sec from the turrets, which will leave him defenseless from the turrets attack and the RYNO or Zodiac attack.

Jak can’t stop time if the light eco is empty and if Ratchet sneak up on him with a wrench knock-out attack.

And If Ratchet throws at least 8 decoys and he sneak up behind Jak with a Zodiac or RYNO, you paint the rest of the picture.

But Jak has a nuke. And he can slow time down and beat the crap out of Ratchet when he doesn’t even know what is going on.

if Jak is aware that Ratchet isn’t there, Ratchet could kill Jak with the nuclear device attached to his ship (Ratchet & Clank: Going Commando).Or he could use the missiles or the mines or the torpedoes as a sneaking attack.
Ratchet would start the action with his shield turned on and trust me; if Jak stops time and thinks of attacking Ratchet with the shield on, Ratchet’s shield will zap Jak’s ass.
Besides, Jak can’t shoot a gun with Light Jak on.

jak can’t even shoot a nuke or the supernova when he’s Light Jak.

But do you think that Jak could counter a sneak nuclear attack from Ratchet’s ship?

Well when he noticed the attack he would slow down time, and use the light shield to protect himself.

if you have played Going Commando you’ll notice that the nuclear attack wipes everything on it’s radius and IT’S A SNEAK ATTACK which means that Jak won’t know what hit him.

yes, he has the shield, but Jak won’t know what hit him BEACUSE IS A SNEAK ATTACK and the objective of a sneak attack is to take by surprise your opponent. so JAK WON’N NOTICE THE ATTACK. and if he doesn’t notice the attack, he’s history.

Jak is like Scarface: at the end, their power goes down the drain.

besides, Jak CAN’T use the shield and the time freezing ability at the same time. HE JUST CAN’T.

And the mini-nuke attack in GC isn’t a sneak attack really.

Yes, i own and played Jak 3.
i didn’t mean the nuke attack as the sneak attack. The sneak attack is Ratchet coming from miles away on his speedy ship passing above Jak in less than one second, deploying the nuclear device. Jak is not going to be aware of the sneaking attack and Ratchet, with his speedy ship deploys the nuclear device. forget it. That’s going to happen in a flash.

AND IS NOT THE MINI-NUKE, IS THE NUCLEAR DEVICE ATTACHED UNDER RATCHET’S SHIP. A WHITE BOX UNDER RATCHET’S SHIP. AND THAT’S NOT A MINI-NUKE. maybe you didn’t buy it at the Slim Cognito’s shop. you have to find like 60 raritanium rocks to buy it in GC.

Oh, THAT nuke. I thought you meant the mini-nuke gun. Ah. Well if Ratchet did manage to deploy it, Jak would probably notice before it hits him. He wouldn’t have enough time to use the shield, but he also has regenerating powers. Not to mention Jak has a nuke as well.

Have you seen the potential of “THE NUKE”? have you seen how many ships it destroys at the range. imagine a human. Besides, Jak couldn’t use HIS NUKE if Ratchet kills him first. His 16 health orbs will disappear in a flash so he can’t use the regenerating powers.

he’s a dark eco JUNKIE anyway.

Jak isn’t human. Normal people in his universe can’t harness eco like Jak can.

My bad. I didn’t mean Jak as a human. But if Jak recieves the sneak attack like that, his health will expirate in less than a second. And don’t give me that “Jak’s health goes down two by two” crap, beacuse his health sometimes diminishes three by three or four by four depending the attack. And it’s THE NUKE attack, a extremely powerful attack. So imagine where’s his health when the unknown person on the ship(Ratchet) sneak attacks Jak with THE NUKE. And I repeat: Jak isn’t going to be aware that Ratchet is on the ship, annihilating him.

And I repeat again: Jak is a FREAKIN' JUNKIE

Well the Super Nova is a nuke attack, and when he fires that he comes out fine. Though I’m not sure we can really go by that.
