what i dont get is people say that supes cant beat kid buu, but can beat gogeta, why is this? Not trying to start a supes vs goku, just want to know why.

Well, Buu regenerates, but Superman can beat him. It’ll just be more difficult. If it’s post-crisis, he could also be absorbed (Pre-Crisis is just too insane). Buu is actually a reasonable opponent, even if Superman is a lot more powerful.

Superman would probably beat Buu. If you beat Buu enough he runs out of candy energy and his regen starts to fail (Chou Super Buu, Mr Buu).

Otherwise, Superman has supernova level heat in his heat vision. It’s possible he can destroy Buu entirely.

Gogeta has no regen, no absorption, and only lasts 30 minutes. I think it was 15 because of SSJ4.


Anyway, I’m not sure about WW. Maybe it depends on era. As far as I’m aware, she’s stronger than Goku.

A lot of comic book heroes are probably “stronger” than Goku but lifting strength means nothing in DBZ its all about striking power.
