Samus Aran VS Master Chief VS Mega Man X Vs Solid Snake
if they all are at full power, than i say Megaman X takes this, because:
first on Megaman X command mission,Megaman had those hyper-forms and one of then had a shield.
second, what can stop Megaman from freezing the time and full power shooting everyone heads?
Metroid prime is 1000’s of years ahead of all these people.
Megaman with all his upgrades from every game, would stand a 25% chance. Master Chief would stand around a 5% chance. As he is nothing but a fly to Samus.
This is pretty ridiculous. Mega Man, with all of his powers, takes this easily. He’s physically stronger than the all the others put together and his weapons are more powerful. Samus survives the longest, but would ultimately be overpowered. She can’t match Mega Man in strength, firepower, or defense.
I’ve got a list of feats ready, for any who would like to debate.

So he can survive a mini-black hole?
Mega Man has survived several of them in his battles with Saturn and Galaxy Man. X has survived his share as well in battle with Gravity Beetle, Antonion, and several others from X:Command Mission.
Mega Man has superhuman speed and has reacted to robots moving at multiple times the speed of sound (Quick Man and Turbo Man, Rockman: Perfect Memories sourcebook). X is even faster in reflexes and dash speed.
Samus has not displayed high-mach speed. The proofs you referred are based on manga. I’ve read the entire manga, and at no point during is mach speed mentioned. Quite the contrary, actually. At one point in the manga, Samus is trying to prevent an assassination and armed security guards have plenty of time to surround her (after she is sprinting).
Samus does posses superhuman speed, but the majority of it can only be put into play when she has time to build up to it.
As for the Volt Driver, Mega Man has tanked several bolts of lightning in this range (Thunder Bolt, Mega Man 7; Lightning Bolt, Mega Man and Bass).
Three very big problems for Samus:
1) She cannot match Mega Man’s strength. He can lift and toss 10 ton boulders with a single hand. He has laid out robots two stories tall and larger with a single punch. He has lifted the Super Mechasaurus (5-6 stories tall), after being stepped on. He has lifted a portion of Dr. Wily’s fortress calculated to have a weight of, at the least, 300 tons. Samus, on the other hand, has no strength feats approaching this ballpark.
2a) Samus cannot match Mega Man’s versatility. He’s armed with shields that make him totally invulnerable for a significant period of time (Beat Shield, Mega Man and Bass).
2b)Gravity Hold allows him to crush objects with 20x normal gravity, then hit them with 20x anti-gravity. The Gravity Suit has not negated effects of that magnitude.
2c)He can call down asteroids and sheet lightning. He can cause space-time to twist back on itself throughout a whole area (Centaur Flash area attack, Mega Man 6).
2d)Mega Man can equip shields that reflect all attacks back at Samus (Mirror Buster, Wily’s Revenge).
2e)He can steal her energy and add it to his own (Grab Buster, Mega Man V).
2f)Most problematic of all, Mega Man can stop time and/or slow it down. If he uses Time Slow, Samus and her weapons will move at a crawl while Mega Man can utilize all his weapons at his usual pace. Or, he could use Flash Stopper to stop time completely, run up to Samus, and uppercut her or crush her suit with his strength.
Edit: I just now recalled that Mega Man X is in this battle. This makes it even more one-sided, as X is much stronger than Mega Man.
Wave Beam coupled with the Plasma Beam = Mega Man Toast...

Mach speed is mentioned in Super Metroid game Manuel. I think it said Mach 17. Let me get it.
Scenario is the samus buff, not me, so.....
You’ll get a better debate from him.
Understood.
I’ve been through the manual, BTW. At no point is Mach speed mentioned.

Wave Beam plus Plasma Beam plus Mirror Buster = Samus, extra crispy. Time Stop plus Mega Uppercut = Samus, headless. Seriously. Mega Man has too much versatility and sheer strength over Samus.
