Well... If sephiroth can beat broly lol.... then i highly doubt samus is even touching him.
But idk much about him... i just no he takes out demons and shit.. and can go intangable...

The dark beam - that ones it charges and hits the target it sucks the taget up as if its a black hole.. the bigger the taget the more pain it brings...
hyper mode- that makes her invincable , and alows her to shoot phazon freely.
speed boosters - she cant be hurt , and runs at mach speeds.
Screw attack- 4 summer saults in the air wich alow her to fly , but if the attack hits the taget they are killed at a subotomic level.
wave beam- the beam is powerfull enough to go threw any enemy.

Sephiroth’s abilities
Intangibility - He can phase through anything that’s tangible.
Greater than Lightning speed reflexes - Dodges and reacts to things greater than the speed of lightning.
Greater then lightning attack speed - attacks so quickly that somebody who easily dodges lightning can’t react to it.
Planet level durability - Body can survive attacks capable of destroying or nearly destroying a planet.
Invisible movement - Moves so quickly that a trained SOLDIER who dodges machine gun fire from all directions can’t see him move.
Teleportation - Is able to teleport instantly over unknown distances.
Instant regeneration - can regenerate damage and even lost limbs instantly
Telekenesis - Was able to hold 8 people in the air and crush them with TK.
Real life Illusions - Is able to create illusions so real that it can trick the mind into thinking they’re real.
Mind control - can completely control the minds of those with Jenova cells
Shape Shifting - Can shift his form at will
Mind Reading - Can read his opponent’s mind
Never tires, blinks, ect - He doesn’t tire out, able to go on infinitely without rest. Never sweats, never has to blink.
I added it and never sweats because it goes in with the never tires bit. Just goes to show that he’s risen to a “supernatural” level beyond human existence.

Reflexes in the supersonic range at least, as she maintains awareness in the supersonic Speed Booster. Possibly even faster, as she was able to jump in front of a laser, grab the person being fired at, and jump away before the laser hit. At one point, she did this before her allies realized she moved.
Strength enough to rip open the jaws of Ridley, who is a Space Dragon that is known to bite through starship armor. Able to rip metal and various creatures in half, and once punched a hole through a robot immune to weaponry.
Then, her weapons. The wave beam passes through solid matter, the plasma beam passes incinerates from the inside out, and the ice beam regularly freezes fire creatures while submerged in magma. All of her weapons release power in the terawatt range. Essentially, each has the energy output of a country behind them.
Can fly with Space Jump, obliterate things with Screw Attack, move at supersonic speed with Speed Booster, and go morphball, which includes the Power Bombs.
That’s her standard arsenal. Her nonstandard includes beams of pure light (up to a miniature star, Sunburst), an antimatter weapon (up to creating portals with properties similar to a black hole, Darkburst), and a matter/antimatter weapon that can distort reality (Sonic Boom). Others are weapons powered by the planetary electromagnetic field, cold fusion, mini nuclear reactors, and hydrogen reactors (which is, incidentally, how the sun works). Another is a sniping laser that actually travels at the speed of light.
