I dunno, The Jedi got their asses handed to them by the Clones, The Empire is one huge army, Samus and Chief can’t handle all those Stromtroopers, Tie Fighters, Clone Gunsips, and Star Destroyers alone. The Jedi sure couldn’t, you need to add the Rebel Alliance for Samus Chief and the Jedi to win.

True that most Jedi were attack from behind but all the clones were put into the fight along with the Metroids(if the Empire wasn’t bad enough eh?) and Space Pirates. The Jedi may be able to defeat a handfull of troops,and a few Metroids and Space Pirates, but they cannot fight a war. If Yoda hadn’t went to Genosis with the Clone Army, then all the Jedi would have been eventually been killed by the by Battle Droid Army,the Genosians,Jango Fett, and Count Dooku. Samus would do some damage but she’d end up falling to a powerful Metroid or Darth Vader or Palpatine or just sheer force of three armies. The main problem is you can’t send a small group against the Galatic Empire and Two of Metroid’s most powerful armies.

Yes, but is this fight set on a hypathetical open battlefeild, or can we assume that each side assembles in one universe, and they go from there?

Because Samus, Chief, and some jedi could probaly be overwhelmed by sheer numbers in an open battlefeild situation, while in an open universe, they could implement more effective strategies against a large army.

well I see it like this:

Samus: Takes donw the metroids, space pirates and clones

jedi: helps take down covies and clones

MC: takes down covies and clones maybe some pirates but not the strong ones cuz he’ll need more heavy equipment

and I left out the ing cuz they can’t survive on an earthy or any kind of environment besides dark aether’s but they could darkling covies drones pirates and metroids making their army bigger and heavily stronger so samus will use the light beam and give one to mc yet they need the dark beam too cuz they need to get ammo for the light beam

difficult mc, samus and da jedi will need to kill the drones pirates and the metroids fast and will need the energy transfer module within them so they don’t get possessed by the ing.....

If Samus, Chief and One Jedi had to take on all that, they’d be screwed. Omega Metroids, Elite Pirates, and Clone Commanders would overwhelm them in quickly. Some Clone Commanders are even more skilled than some of the Jedi. Like Fordo would could probably kill most Jedi, Chief, and give Samus a run for her money.

I dont know, I mean, if you give them each full equipment, like MC the Forward Unto Dawn, Samus her Starship, and the Jedi his X-wing, they may be able to put up a better fight. Not just because they’de have ships, but because then they could jump planets and solar systems, in order to fight all those people under different and hopefully more beneficial circumstances.
