This would bsicallly be a Seeing through the next move vs turning back time fight as the Sharingan and the Dagger of Time grant both powers respectivly...
Also in my opinion the speed seems to be at close distances since the Prince can slow down time, which im guessing to an opponent is almost at blur speed...
Furthermore, the Prince has no limit of 6 slots in this fight to use the dagger but if mortally wounded he wouldnt be able to use it...
And even though Sasuke has a great jumping speed hes dealt with those type of opponents before as shown here....
