Rock Lee can move so fast that he can disappear from the sight of the naked eye. And when drunk his strength is multiplied greatly , and his movements become so erratic and unpredictable he is impossible to hit , hes dodged lightning and point blank sword strikes while using his drunk fist style. In this state he can even continue to fight , dodge , and block attacks while unconscious all just from subconscious reactions and reflexes. Rock Lee can also open his chakra gates to greatly enhance his speed and power many many times over . If Lee attacked sasuke full on right from the start hed kill him. Sasuke can win though if he gets a chance to use his susanoo and/or unleash his curse mark.

in the chunin exams lee said sasukes speed was just like his so in shipppuden i must be much fater plus more jutsu so sasuke wins
So what Lee has just been sitting on his ass the whole time since the Chunin examines?
Lee would still take the win he would in all likelihood have to open the gates but the win is almost assured although we have yet to see what Lee can really do yet in Shippuden but I bet it will be impressive.

well in their first fight lees speed was far too much for sasuke just before the chunin exams.
And lee was hardly moving at speed at all ( for him ) he still had his leg weights on and hadnt used any of his special techniques.

thats a good fight , ive seen that episode before. but the speed is still much slower then what lees capable of . with the curse mark sasuke would win because hes simply so much more powerful and durable in that state. but his speed is still not above lees. But imo the fight would end before sasuke got to that point. Lee would overwhelm him before he could power up and engage his better techniques.

well if were talking shippuden then lee loses but if its before shippuden than sasuke loses
i think it could go either way , i think in their lower states lee is more powerful. but if sasuke is allowed to catch his stride then he would destroy lee.
