Nope... Itachi not got killed but he suffering pain and he also using mangekyou overtime so his body cant stand with such eyes techniques... if Itachi using kyuubi then its fair enough... but still bakusaiga would finish him...

Itachi is confirmed to be dead. But it could be false, but for now, he is presumed dead.
