The One Ring is retrieved by the Nazgul, and a corrupted Frodo is slain.
Sauron’s spirit bathes in all the horrors the One Ring has wrought since it’s separation from him, and in the last hour of men, Sauron forges a physical form sufficiently more terrible than his last, and so The Eye is no more, from the death of hope and freedom rises The Dark Lord of the Earth, the epitome of man’s failure to triumph over evil.
The Dark Lord of the Earth’s physical aspects;
The Dark Lord of the Earth is more horrific than even Morgoth, he stands, surrounded by mist, shadow and a poisonous toxic fume that would not only kill any man, but cause plagues and famine that would strip a grassy plain of all life.
He stands, motionless, as tall as a Balrog, and as strong as a force of that which can break all of Arda.
Where ever he may go a cloud in which no light can pierce may follow.
The weapon of Sauron
In his right hand he holds a multi chained flail, more powerful than any weapon forged my Men, Dwarves or Elves, for it in fact was forged from the iron that dwell there in the heart of Arda!
The Flail of the Eye is covered in a powder that explodes when ignited by the smallest of sparks. Therefore a single swing of Sauron’s Flail can break down a wall built by the most warry!
No corruption.

I thought we decided you were over estimating these guys a bit?
No, we 'decided' that Sauron’s physical body at a single point in time was only low herald.
Before Sauron had the One Ring, there was only so much power that he could use to make a Physical Form.
But now he has the One Ring, and the One Ring gives him a no limits policy. He can sketch a body to do what ever it needs to do, he can create a new physical form for himself that is as powerful as needed, no matter how powerful that need be.
You see, his power is stored in the One Ring, and his power echo’s through all living things that the One Ring possesses, and their power echo’s back...

if sauron had the ring a second time he would be unstoppable...he wouldn’t make the same mistake of putting the ring on the outside of his armor again and since his armor is invincible...he is invincible...

Sauron clothed himself in 'power' not armor.
That power was him, it wasn’t really armor at all, it was more like his skin.

Oh, well that makes it easier now. I always thought it was armor...And like...I wanted to know how he really looked but lol nevermind now.

Before his little incident in the drowning of Numenor, and the forging of his terrible form (The armored looking one)he was an Elf, he would have looked a little something like Legalos or Elrond, depending on where he was, if he was at Mount Doom, he’d probably have a darker look to him, if he was trying to sway the Elves to where his Rings, he would appear luminous and fair.
