ichigo can only go to vizard
luffy can only use gear 2nd & 3rd
Naruto can only go to 4 tails

With Speed being equalized it’s actually a really good fight. I may have to give the upper hand to Sephiroth through sheer technique and ability though.

Luffy doesn’t have much going for him when he’s matched in speed by his enemies, his brute strength accounts for little when he he isn’t a lot faster and able to effortlessly hit them. Ichigo can’t really use kido so the only thing he has is his getsuga tensho, the equalized speed especially kills him since his biggest advantage is usually his speed. Cloud is really durable, but like Ichigo most of his ability comes from speed and with it all equalized he’s just another one of the mill meta humans, especially sense most of the powerful materia can’t be considered cannon. Naruto actually stands a decent chance this go around though. He has a wide array of abilities at his finger tips including some very devastating attacks and several ways to easily dodge enemy attacks such as the replacement jutsu.

But I say Sephiroth gets the upper hand because he’s shown powerful telekinesis, teleportation, and intangibility in Final Fantasy VII. Along with superb swordsmanship and inhuman strength. And finally the ability to create barriers that it takes a giant mako cannon, capable of blowing up a city, to break.

If speed’s equalized, then it’s down to power and durability, for the most part.

Also whats the point of giving Luffy gear 2 if your going to equalize speed its only basic use is to increase his speed so its useless now
