it all depends silver has phychokenesis and silver surfer has great speed and power thanks to galactus (also I don’t think that surfer is faster than sonic)

Silver Surfer would easily win against regular Silver. Super Silver would be a different story though.

Silver Surfer would beat Silver and Super Silver.He can move hundreds of times faster than light,increase his strength to the point its greater than Hulks,absorb and manipulate energy,destroy planets,transmute,etc.

Super Silver is a Super Form though(which means he should have space-time manipulation, invulnerability, and all that good stuff. His psychic powers that allowed him to take Sonic even though Sonic is much faster than him.) The ability to destroy planet, even if it’s effortlessly is really insignificant compared to what Solaris was doing. Super Silver went head to head with Solaris.
