Protoss in space have Mother Ships and on ground many different vehicles. The Space Pirates have Planetary shielding and Genetic experiments that put Zerg to shame. It’s tough to decide for me. There both my favorite races in their games and I know alot about each. Lets discuss what they both have on ground first.

Yeah, Metroids are on the top of that list. In Super Metroid, those geneticaly enhanced Sidehoppers in Tourian took around 12 super missles to kill. You never see space pirates in the same room with them though. The genetic experiments on themselves at least work out. We know a Protoss Zealot would have an easy time killing normal space pirates, but what about a pirate elite?

dragoons would take them out easy...
the protoss are an army....the power of a unified planet...not a rabble of scattered and crazed pirates..
Well, there more organized than they appear. In metroid prime, space pirates are given orders from pirate command. Wouldn’t a phase disruptor be absorbed by the elite’s energy absorber?
Now, before we go any further, lets decide on what timeline it is for each.(this lets us know who are the leaders of each much more clearly.) I say Phazon Pirates vs Starcraft 2 Protoss or Space pirates(Super Metroid) vs Starcraft Protoss.

i don’t think tat either face off is fair...cuz i know the priates are organized....but they aren’t the same as the protoss...they have a military system made for large scale battles...

It seems the space pirates rely on their genetic experiments or leaders in battles, while protoss are more militarily organized.
All there main experiments besides Kraid and Ridley are Crocomire, Draygon, Phantoon, Thardus, Omega Pirate Elite, the mini boss in Brinstar, Phazon Metroids, Metroid Hatchers, and that mini boss in Maridia. There is many more than that and they can clone them if there defeated. I just don’t understand why they didn’t clone Ridley and Kraid multiple times. Three Ridleys could easily take samus out if they were working together.

but they wouldn’t...as their greed would outweigh their possibilities....
Yeah, they probably kill each other on deciding who should kill Samus. What about Kraid? Could he be cloned and work together with his clones sucessfully.

Now, would Mother Brain, in her mechanical body, lead her army. I am sure that any Land forces the Protoss have are going to have a rude awakening if that happens. If not, she still can organize the pirates much better than pirate command. Do you know if the Pirates have any tanks or vehicles? The only one I saw was the Phazon mining drone in Metroid Prime 3.
Now, would Mother Brain, in her mechanical body, lead her army. I am sure that any Land forces the Protoss have are going to have a rude awakening if that happens. If not, she still can organize the pirates much better than pirate command. Do you know if the Pirates have any tanks or vehicles? The only one I saw was the Phazon mining drone in Metroid Prime 3.
i don’t think they have much in the way of tanks...
and the protos have aerial/space fighters that can make a group below invisible, or just fly around giving the enemies below hell...
Yeah, the Arbiters. In Metroid Prime 3, it showed how fast Pirate fighters could go. Their speed beats Scouts and Corsairs. They have great boarding craft too. The Space pirates are good at reversing other races technology, but the protoss’s technology require psi and I don’t think the Mother Brain or Phantoon can supply power needs to an entire army.

yeah...and don’t forget about those psi using guys(forget their names) the ones that are surrounded in pure psi energy...
Archons, its what I used to name myself on here and Fanfiction.net. “Shadow Archon” Well, space pirates(phazon enhaced) would have to go into Hypermode to do the most damage to it. The Archon Could probalby go through 20 or 30 before being brought down though.
