Spiderman vs Superman

This is a no kryptonite/cheapo spider battle, just plain spidey, against superman in his Post crisis form, spidey gets t pick the place(NO RED SUN CRAP, or any SUN CRAP, Supes gets all his powers), how does it go?

If this fight somehow ends up one sided , then thsi is a joke topic about how bad Spidey can beat up Supes, or how bad Supes can beat up spidey, if it comes to that

OH; ONE MORE THING: Spidey also starts this fight in a good mood( Peter Just won the lottery, feels like he lives in a world made of money), Clark is cranky, didn’t get enough sleep(feels like he lives in a world made of alarm clocks:

CAZ spidey KO’s all his villans BEFORE they use attacks like that, UNLIKE tightywightites, who has to sit there and take it... spidey doesn’t have to take it
