Even giving the lightning the benefit of the doubt and saying it’s real, Sumire has shown nothing(That I am aware of) that protects her from spiritual attacks. Besides that, Bleach characters have shown far greater speed...

Wind for speed? Please, Bleach cast would have already destroyed her before she could do anything. It doesn’t matter if she can FEEL the pain. Faust from Shaman King can’t FEEL pain either. Which is why he can jump out of a plane and land and stitch his body back up afterwards.
Just because she can’t feel it doesn’t mean she won’t get owned. She wouldn’t feel a thing because she’d be dead before she hits the ground.
