Alucard goes intangible and transforms into something small, the size of a bat, becomes invisible (he did this against Incognito) and then while Supes is TRYING to find out wtf happened, Alucard phases into his body then, using his ability to absorb blood through his entire body, he drains out all of Supe’s blood, thus taking his soul. And Alu gains the most powerful familiar he’s ever had.
What can Supes do to an enemy he can’t see or touch and can drain his blood?

oh...and jsut for the future there are a couple of things wrong with that:
1. assuming alucard would react faster than superman, who can process information and react at the speed of light
2. assuming alucard would be to small for superman to see, when he can see a persons dna, and see objects across the universe with his super sight
3. asuming even as an invisible enemy superman couldnt find him (could smell as well as hear his heart beating/breath/foot steps, he can hear people o ndifferent planet crying out for his help)
4.Assuming even if he managed to get inside superman, supemran couldnt deal with him, superman has ben noted to have the ability to blast his inside with heat vision and has destroy things inside him with “internal heat vision” and the last time a vampire tried to drain his blood they were vaporized because the cells contained so much solar energy
