Bullets can’t even pierce Goku...

If Cloud omnislashe v6’s Goku, Goku is dead.

As for the lightning dodging, he had trouble. Goku I mean

Master Roshi and Krillen had a minutes worth battle in a fraction of a second, that’s higher reaction than Cloud has ever shown. Also, one hit from a kamehameha and Cloud is dead.

Cloud’s dead before he could even pick up his sword...

But not only that but Goku can lift tons. A single strike, lightning speed or not, if Cloud were to block the attack, his bones would turn to powder.
