Yup, though, ripping Thanos heart out seems to be able to easily kill him.

Vegeta blew Buu to pieces and he turned into little Buu’s and reformed.

Also, Kid Buu’s many times faster, he’d get the first hit.

Candy, mold, eggs, cookies, etc, or Thanos turns him into stone, or beats the hell out of him till he destroys his mind or dissolves him, that and as to whether or not Thanos has some resistance to magic.
