the phoenix vs superman

who wins? dont know much about phoenix so, hope you guys could help me out

Phoenix did beat Galactus, but he was hungry, but she did it by herself.

Phoenix is one of the force in Marvel that can not be killed, and it makes Jean very powerfull. But even with all her power she couldn’t take Scarlet Witch and even Magneto. In fact Magneto killed her when she was obsessed by Phoenix force. Superman won’t kill it but neither she will kill him.

The Phoenix wins, because it cannot be killed, and SuperMan is weak around Kryptonite.
