I would put the Kais/Dabura at Godly levels as they are,well,Gods!
The only beings that could defeat them or any Gods from Marvel/DC are Majin Buu or Janemba-embodiments of evil OR Super Saiyan 3 Goku/Mystic Gohan/Gotenks/Vegetto/Gogeta
The REALLY POWERFUL Gods in comics whom have varying levels of power e.g. Thanos with Gauntlet/Ring or Galactus with nourishment or Thor with Odinforce and Warriors Rage would whoop SSJ3 Goku or Gohan but I think Vegetto or Gogeta could do it.
A Super Saiyan could certainly take Superman/Kallark/Sentry-like beings in a fair fight and EASILY WIN BY GOING SUPER SAIYAN 2.
A Super Saiyan 2 would have a great match against Silver Surfer or Hulk.
Super Saiyan 3s can take on MOST Gods.

They’re weak gods though. Pokemon has gods too and they get their asses kicked by Shedninja and Pikachu. XD

He was too strong in Pre-Crisis. They had to power him down to give him good enemies to fight.

It does. The Anti-Monitor War is known as Crisis on Infinite Earths. After the COIE, Superman got weaker.
