I’m trying to find a good match up for Dragon Knight Lucifer.
Here are it’s stats and abilities.
A height of approximately 200 to 500 meters.
Able to use multiple spells in a fraction of a second. Such spells include
Gran Iria
When used by Dragon Knight Lucifer it opens a miniature black hole with a gravitational force of over 100,000G’s. So strong that it can only be opened for fractions a of a second before it destroys the planet.
Exodus
When used by Dragon Knight Lucifer it surrounds itself with flames that are over 100,000 degrees C.
It also has other abilities such as
Jawbreaker
Using this ability allow DKL to travel between dimensions via breakthrough. This can also be used to defend against attacks.
Hellrider
Hellrider activates the Light Wings of the Dragon Knight. They seem to be capable of accelerating the movement speed of the Dragon Knight by allowing him to fly.
Demolitioner Gun
The Dragon Knight is able to utilize the Demolitioner Gun, two large cannons which emit a blast powerful enough to be qualified as an “Ultimate Attack” (according to the Seraphim Raphael, Ultimate Attacks by Bastard!!-standarts are minimum planet busters and usually only used by Augoeides in order to completely wipe out the existence of strong devils and demons). The Demolitioner was used by DS in order to stop Uriel’s Dark Augoeides’ ‘Gungnir’. Uriel’s spear ‘Gungnir’ already had the power to split a star in his base form, while in Augoeides form it is much much stronger. Gladly it was fired in the lower levels of Hell, a hermetically sealed place. Had it been fired on Earth, the planet would have been destroyed when both attacks clashed.
The opening of all Temples and the Great 9 Elemental Furnaces.
The opening of the temples enables the Dragon Knight to deactivate all element-suppressing spells of the enemy. Opening the Great 9 Elemental Furnaces allows ‘L01’ to absorb and use the power of surrounding elements, for example when Lucifer was damaged by Uriel’s Dark Augoeides, the Earth Elements in his legs extracted minerals from the soil to repair the damage on ‘L01s’ body, an imitation of Uriel’s Augoeides’ ability to infinitely regenerate as long as his feet touched solid ground.
Loudness All Guns Blazing
Furthermore, opening the Furnaces powers the Magical Eyes of the Dragon Knight, in order to execute a powerful attack using all magical elements in the Bastard!!-verse – fire, water, earth, wind, light, and darkness, holy magic, spiritual magic and undead magic. The attack to use all those elements at full power is called Loudness All Guns Blazing.
Finally one of DKL best abilities.
The Bloodstone
The ’Bloodstone’ is another ability unique to the Dragon Knight, it inflicts the same degree of damage the DKL received on the opponent, however in a proportional way, so that even bigger and stronger opponents are put in the same state as the 'L01' itself. This way even enemies that far exceed galaxy-level threat can be beaten by the ‘L01’, considering how it worked on the Dark Augoeides of Uriel after it had become 130 times stronger and prior to this power up was already a galaxy-level threat. The Bloodstone works by creating a magical space, the dimensions of that space however are unknown.
It is to be noted that the Bloodstone could only be activated by Dark Schneider when he released all 13 Sentinels, the valves which control the magical flow in the Dragon Knight. Thus, by overloading the 'L01' and connecting to the Bloodstone he brought it to the brink of destruction. It is truly meant as a last resort attack since it supposedly works just one time.
So who would be a good matchup.

A race from GalCiv2 might be able to do it. They have guns that shoot black holes, missles that detonate to create black holes, and Doom rays that turn most of their target into energy.
They have advance defenses such as armor called Zero-Point Armor which is wrapping a black hole around their ship. That sounds a bit too harsh on him though.

Too little information is known about Sargeras to debate with, but he does have a spell that turns people instantly inside out.
I jk, Sentry would lose.
I mean he does have above planet level durability and he does punch planets apart but I don’t see him winning this or coming close to.
