What universe CAN'T Richard Cypher/Rahl (from Legend of the Seeker and Sword of Truth series) Solo?

Richard Cypher/Rahl is from the TV show Legend of the Seeker and the book series Sword of Truth. He is epically powerful.

(no omnipotent god type characters are allowed)

Demigod’s like Sauron are allowed though.

Feats

He is a “War Wizard” who’s powers and magic come to him when he “needs” them.

-He instantaneously slayed an army of 50,000 men with anti-matter lightning.

-He was able to magically banish an immaterial, magical, antimagic, formless demon.

-He created a new world from scratch.

-He has anti-mind control powers of some sort.

-He is a peak master of the blade... and a very good sculptor too.

Dragon ball gt im pretty sure the villians like omega are magic resistant Goku ssj4 cancelled out the black star dragons magic

although from the sounds of it this guy could take out big numbers of characters in the roster of most comics and mangas

He’s is literally a walking Deus ex machina, and I fucking hate him... but there you go.

(Side note: Ultimacia’s time crunch didn’t kill everyone, the card queen and party survived, whats to say he can’t do exactly what the FF8 crew did and hunt her ass down after the time crunch. Zell punched that bitch to death...
