Who can beat Accelerator?

Accelerator is the strongest of the 7 level 5 espers within Academy City. This status has made him the target of Academy City’s attempt to create a level 6 esper by having him kill 20,000 clones of the level 5 esper Misaka Mikoto. After his defeat at the hands of Touma, he was no longer seen as the strongest esper and the experiment came to an end.

Accelerator’s power consists of vector control, granting him control over anything with momentum. This power is always active, requiring him to consciously allow things such as gravity and sound to affect him otherwise it will be redirected to the point of origin.

He has used this ability in conjunction with his knowledge of physics and anatomy to aid or harm others, and it is said that he could survive a nuke if not for the lack of oxygen at ground zero.

No Touma, no omnipotents (obviously).

I don’t mind, as long as it is only his right arm. An arm can be chopped or shot off with something conventional (a.k.a. shit he can’t block).
